Chapter 28
Chapter 28 (Bonds Between Brothers – Afternoon Shopping & Bowling)

Chapter Description: Chapter 28: Afternoon nap complete, now I’ve got one thing on my mind: BOWLING! But…a shopping trip and questions arise.

Date: Monday 17-Jan-22 12:40 (Monday, January 17, 2022, 12:40 PM)

Location: Brian’s Residence, Skyward Villas Apartments, Kirkwood, Missouri, United States of America

My eyes slowly open and I realize I’m lying on the living room couch, but Brian isn’t sitting next to me. I sit up allowing my purple T-shirt to flutter and my Pampers Cruisers diaper to crinkle. I swing my legs over the edge of the couch and feel a squish. I…what the…I glance down to my Pampers and notice the yellow-green wetness indicator. I’m wet again…Brian just changed me before my nap. How the…

My thoughts fade as hissing carries the rest of the bottles I had during our UNO session before my nap out of my body. I giggle as my Pampers Cruisers diaper’s wetness indicator remains that yellow-green and my belly growls. “I’m hungry. I wonder…” I waddle into the kitchen and smile at Brian standing next to the fridge munching a protein bar, “BRIAN!”

I waddle-run toward him and wrap my arms around his legs, “Heee…I was wondering where you were.”

Brian kneels and ruffles my hair, “Good afternoon, Stacinator. I’m right here.” He rises to head to the trash with his balled-up wrapper and turns to see me waddling over to the fridge, “Whatcha doing?”

I pull open the fridge and giggle as I reach for a bottle of grape soda, “Just getting something to drink.” I turn back to Brian as I drain the bottle whilst the cool wind of the fridge blows behind me.

Brian chuckles as he walks over to shut the fridge and kneels. He pats my diapered bottom and scans my Pampers Cruisers diaper’s wetness indicator, “I think you need another diaper change, Stacey.”

I pop my half-drained bottle from my mouth, “Yeah, I was wondering how that’s even possible cause you changed me before I took my nap.” I waddle after Brian as he heads across the apartment to the bedrooms.

Brian chuckles as he enters my bedroom and stops at my changing table, “Well…” He turns to see me standing in my doorway draining my bottle whilst hissing is echoing around me. “Your body takes a while to process all the things you take in. It’s not instant.” He pats the changing table mat. “Now come here, Crinklebutt.”

I drop my empty bottle on the floor and waddle over to Brian so I hug his leg. I giggle and smile toward him, “I’m here.”

Brian smiles and lifts me into the air, “Yep.” He lays me down on the changing table and kneels to grab a fresh Pampers Cruisers Diaper from the box. He blinks twice at the 116-count box and notices there’s only ten left, “Yeah, I think we need to go to the store.” Brian sets the stack of ten diapers next to the baby powder and baby wipes and turns to unfasten my wet diaper.

“Really?” I squirm as Brian lifts my legs to slide the diaper away and begins working on getting me dry, “I thought we were gonna go bowling?”

Brian tosses the third wipe into my old diaper and lowers my legs so he can roll the diaper into a ball, “We are, but you’ve only got ten diapers left.” Brian tosses my wet diaper into the diaper pail and grabs the baby powder, “Mom took a box with her back home and I forgot to ask her to get some before she came over.”

I giggle as the sweet talc wafts toward my nose while Brian powders my uplifted bottom, “I go through lots of diapeys huh?”

Brian chuckles as he closes the baby powder and grabs a fresh diaper to flick unfolded, “Yep. You’re a toddler and you go through a case of 144 diapers in almost a month.”

I smile toward Brian as he slides the fresh Pampers under my bottom and brings the green circle decorated shell up to my belly, “Yeah…I’m a cute toddler too.” I giggle as I watch Brian secure the left tape and then the right tape. “Thankies for the changies!” I giggle and kick my legs allowing my fresh diaper to crinkle.

I sit up on the changing table seconds later and swing my legs over the edge. I smile toward Brian and raise my arms to him, “Uppies?”

“Of course, Baby Brother.” Brian lifts me into his arms and hugs me close whilst patting my freshly diapered bottom as he heads toward the bathroom. He sets me on my feet and proceeds to turn on the sink.

I giggle and sway back and forth on my feet while Brian soaps up his hands and runs them together a couple times. I waddle over to Brian and wrap my arms around his waist so I can bury my head in his lower back, “I love you, Brian. Promise we’re going bowling after?”

Brian dries his hands and takes my little hands off his waist so he can sidestep. He kneels in front of me and boops my nose, “I promise. Now,” Brian pulls me into a warm hug and rises to his full height, “let’s head to the store.”

I smile as I rest my head over Brian’s shoulder as he carries me toward my bedroom to grab my diaper bag. I glance down to my diaper bag as Brian carries me toward the elevator and sets me on my feet. I open the diaper bag and notice five Pampers Cruisers diapers, a bottle of baby powder, a box of Pampers Complete Baby Wipes, and three baby bottles of orange soda.

I take one of the baby bottles and begin to suckle it down as the elevator opens. I hold my bottle with my left hand and hold Brian’s left hand with my right hand so he can guide me across the street to his minivan. I stop in front of the sliding door and giggle as I drop my empty bottle in my diaper bag.

Brian ruffles my hair as the door opens and he chuckles when I crawl into my car seat, “Someone’s happy.”

I smile toward Brian, “Uh huh!” I kick my legs while he secures my five-point harness, “I get to go with you somewhere. I love spending time with you, Brian.”

Brian ruffles my hair and sets my diaper bag at my feet, “I’m glad you like going with your big brother everywhere.”

He slides the minivan door closed and hops into the driver’s seat, “Off to Wal-Mart we go.”

……

I giggle and swing my legs as I watch the apartment complexes slowly fade away. “Aww, it’s like it didn’t snow at all.” I cross my arms as the apartment complexes are slowly traded for grassy fields, “There’s no snow anywhere.”

Brian sighs mentally and pulls up to a stop sign, “Yeah, the snow can’t last when it’s in the 40s.”

My eyes widen as Brian turns left and soon fast food restaurants are popping up everywhere, “Forty degrees!”

……

Date: Monday 17-Jan-22 13:24 (Monday, January 17, 2022, 1:24 PM)

Location: Wal-Mart, Kirkwood Business District, Kirkwood, Missouri, United States of America

I turn to my left and my eyes widen at the giant blue roofed superstore with the words WAL-MART greeting us, “We’re here already. Wow…” I pull my phone from my diaper bag and my eyes widen at the temperature: 50°F, “IT’S FIFTY DEGREES!”

Brian chuckles as he pulls into a parking space a few yards away from the entrance, “Yep, Indian Summer they call it. It’ll be cold again soon though.” Brian shuts off the minivan and walks over to the passenger side to unbuckle my car seat, “Ready, Stacey?”

I jump out of the minivan and smile toward Brian, “Yeppers.” I turn to my car seat and giggle at the three baby bottles sitting on the floor, “Heee…” I turn back to Brian and rub the back of my head, “I was thirsty.”

Brian ruffles my hair, “It’s alright, Stacey.” and turns toward the entrance of Wal-Mart. “Want me to carry you or you want to ride in the cart?”

I bounce up and down as I waddle after Brian as he heads toward the entrance, “RIDE IN CART! RIDE IN CART!” I stop bouncing when we enter the store and I smile at the Burger King sitting inside to our left while the cash registers sit to our right. Directly behind us next to the doors rest the carts though. I waddle toward one of them and tug at it, “BRIAN! HELP!”

Brian chuckles as he walks over to the cart and pulls it free, “Got it.” He lifts me into the air and chuckles at my Pampers Cruisers diaper’s wetness indicator slowly changing from yellow at the top to yellow green at the bottom, “Already a little damp, Stacinator.” He sets me in the cart and ruffles my hair, “It’s okay though.” Brian kisses my forehead and pushes the cart into the store, “You’re just a toddler.”

I giggle as I dart my eyes around Wal-Mart. To our immediate left are racks and racks of clothes while to the right rest aisles and aisles of stuff. I smile as I watch each aisle pass us by: LAWN & GARDEN, HOME, TOYS, SPORTING GOODS, PAINTS, ELECTRONICS. I swing my legs whilst my Pampers crinkle as Brian pushes the cart past these aisles. I smile as Brian turns the cart to the right. I can’t believe how big Wal-Mart is. I can’t believe this. This is so COOL!

I giggle at the giant Electronics aisle sporting laptop computers on desks on the right of the aisle while desktop computers and other computer-based equipment rest on the left, “SO COOL!” I glance back to Brian as he pushes the cart down the area and my eyes widen at the giant BABY aisle we’re approaching with multiple rows on the left, “Wow!”

My eyes widen as Brian walks through the first aisle which contains tons of plastic toys from Fisher Price. “So many toys!” I smile as I dart my eyes across the cars, trucks, and giant kitchen sets to name a few.

Brian chuckles as he pushes through to the second aisle DIAPERS and darts his eyes through the Pampers Cruisers sizes on the left while Huggies and Luvs dominate the right side of the aisle with their respective associated products, “Okay, so you’re out of Pampers Cruisers too.” Brian ruffles my hair, “Do you only want Cruisers diapers?”

I nod and swing my legs whilst hissing carries the bottles I had during our drive here out of my body, “Heee…Pampers Cruisers Size 6, 144-count right, Brian?”

Brian picks up two boxes and glances to the price: $52.99. “Yep.” He sets the boxes in the cart and kneels to the shelves under the diaper boxes to grab a box of Pampers Complete Baby Wipes – 16 pop-up packs: $35. “So that’s so far…$140.98.” He rubs his chin, “Do you know if you’re out of baby powder, Baby Brother?”

I giggle when Brian boops my nose, “I dunno. I just see the single bottle on the top of the changing table.” I bow my head, “Sowwy.”

Brian ruffles my hair, “It’s alright.” and heads toward the cash registers. “You’re just a toddler. I’ve got a bottle in your diaper bag and if there aren’t anymore in the changing table, I’ll buy some on Amazon.”

I smile and swing my legs allowing my Pampers to crinkle, “Thankies, Brian.” I giggle and squirm in the cart as Brian stops behind a mom with her toddler son.

Brian glances down to me and notices me squirming, “What’s wrong?” He adjusts my diaper bag over his shoulder and boops my nose.

“Nothing.” I dart my eyes toward the cashier and squirm. I sigh moments later as my squirming stops and hissing echoes around me as my fears fade. I glance down to my Pampers Cruisers diaper’s wetness indicator and giggle at the yellow-green wetness indicator, “Brian?”

Brian sets my diapers and wipes on the conveyor belt and smiles at the cashier as she rings up the items. He ruffles my hair and glances down to me, “What’s wrong?”

I smile toward Brian and boop his nose, “I went potty.” I giggle and swing my legs allowing my Pampers to crinkle as the hissing dies down, “I need changies.”

Brian kisses my forehead, “Alrighty, I’ll get you changed once we’re at the car.”

I whimper and shake my head, “Nuuu…need changies nows.”

Brian thanks the cashier for stamping my diapers and wipes with the Wal-Mart PAID stickers and pushes the cart toward the restrooms. He sighs when he sees the out of order sign on the bathroom, “The restrooms are out of order. I wonder…”

Brian heads out to the parking lot and makes haste placing my diapers and wipes in the truck. He lifts me out of the cart and pushes it toward the corral resting to the left of his car. “Alrighty.” Brian opens the driver’s side sliding door and lays me down on the changing mat. He chuckles as he scans my Pampers Cruisers diaper’s wetness indicator and notices the yellow-green wetness indicator, “Yep, you definitely need a diaper change.”

I kick my legs while Brian unfastens my wet diaper, “Yeppers. I’m toddler and I went potty.”

Brian nods as he grabs my kicking legs and slides my wet diaper out of range of my kicking feet, “Yep.” He grabs some baby wipes and begins working on getting me dry.

I giggle at the cold baby wipes and squirm as Brian lowers my legs so he can roll my wet diaper into a ball. “Brian?”

Brian tosses the wet diaper into the trash can behind him and grabs the baby powder, “Yes?” He lifts my legs with his left hand and begins powdering my uplifted bottom with his right hand, “And yes, we’re still going bowling.”

“YAY!” I giggle as Brian closes the baby powder and sets it in my diaper bag. I rub my eyes as Brian unfolds the new Pampers Cruisers diaper and slides it under my bottom. I smile as I watch the green circle decorated shell being brought up to my belly, “Yay! Dry diapeys!”

Brian smiles down at me as he brings the left wing toward the picture strip and secures the tape, “Yep. Baby Brother is all dry now.” He brings the right wing toward the picture strip and tapes the diaper snug around my waist. Brian pats the front of the diaper and smiles as it crinkles, “All done.” He grabs some Germ-X from my diaper bag and sanitizes his hands.

I giggle and kick my legs allowing my fresh Pampers to crinkle, “Thankies for the changies, Brian.”

Brian returns the wipes, powder, and Germ-X to my diaper bag and picks my empty bottles off the floor to return to my diaper bag, “You’re welcome, Stacey.” He lifts me into his arms and shuts the sliding door behind him. He walks down the parking lot and points to the bowling alley resting five yards past the Wal-Mart, “Looks like there’s a small bowling alley a few yards out from where we are.”

I kiss Brian’s cheek and smile toward him when he sets me on my feet, “YAY!” I watch as my brother packs my diaper bag with extra diapers, wipes, and powder from the boxes in the truck and swings my diaper bag over his shoulder, “Ready, Brian?” I wiggle my toes and giggle when I realize I’m not wearing shoes. “Brian?”

Brian kneels and chuckles at my bare feet, “I can’t believe I forgot your shoes.” He reaches into my diaper bag and pulls out a pair of white socks, “I have these at least.” Brian opens the changing station door again and pats the changing station mat, “Sit down so I can put these on ya, then we can head over there.”

“Otay!” I waddle over to Brian and climb onto the changing station, “Brian?” I turn to him and wiggle my toes.

Brian slides the white sock over my right foot and ruffles my hair, “What is it, Stacey?”

“I think we should have a spare set of shoes in my diaper bag just in case.” I giggle as Brian tickles my left foot and slides my sock on seconds later, “HEY!”

Brian kisses my forehead and lifts me onto his shoulders, “Maybe later.” He shuts the changing station door of the minivan and heads toward the building with a giant bowling pin on it.

I giggle as I’m carried through the door and set on my feet. To my left rests the bowling alley registration and shoe rental, to my right rests the bowling lanes, and at the far end of the building rests restrooms on the far left and a concession stand to the far right. “So cool! So tiny.” I smile toward Brian as he hands me my bowling shoes, “I’m so excited!”

I waddle toward lane one and sit down with a crinkle so I can slide my shoes on, “Brian?”

Brian walks over to me and sits down to he can slide into and tie his shoes, “Yeah?”

I waddle over to Brian right as he finishes tying his shoes and I sit down in front of him, “Brian?” I set my feet in Brian’s lap, “I can’t tie dem.”

Brian ruffles my hair, “It’s okay.” and proceeds to tie my bowling shoes for me. “Alrighty…let’s do it. I’ll go first.”

I giggle and waddle over to my lane while Brian goes to lane two. I smile as I watch him swing his arm back and forth.

Brian smiles as he rolls the ball and it knocks down four of the pins, “Nice.” When the ball returns to him, he rolls and knocks down the rest.

I giggle as I scan the scoreboard for Brian, “A 4 and a slash. Why doesn’t the score show up?” I waddle over to the concession stand and grab a can of orange soda. I waddle back to Brian and grab one of my baby bottles from my diaper bag to pour my soda in. I drain the bottle to half and roll my ball down. My eyes widen when it knocks down seven pins! “AWESOME!”

Brian pats my shoulder, “Good job.”

I drain the rest of my baby bottle of orange soda, and turn to Brian with a big smile, “Can you get me more sodas, Brian?”

Brian ruffles my hair, “Sure.” and goes to the concession to request drinks and sweet snacks for the both of us to consume during our set of ten rounds. Brian returns to our lanes and sits down right as I knock out the remaining pins, “Not bad.”

I giggle as I scan my score: 7 with a /. I tilt my head and turn to Brian, “I dunno what my score is.”

Brian rises from his chair and rolls his ball resulting it four pins being hit, “It takes you getting through the second round I think for your points to show up.” He runs toward the lane and rolls the ball, hitting the remaining pins, “Nice!”

I smile at the sodas surrounding my table and I fill my bottle with another can. “I love orange soda!” I drain my bottle to half and munch down a chocolate chip cookie. I turn to my bowling lane and grab my ball. I swing my arm back and forth and send the ball down. My eyes widen at only three pins being knocked down, “Darn it.”

I glance toward my scoreboard and now see 13 for my first set, “Oh…so that’s how it works.”

Brian nods as he watches me waddle over to my table to drain my second bottle and devour three more chocolate chip cookies, “Don’t drink and eat too fast, Stacey. You don’t wanna get a tummy ache.”

I smile toward Brian and give him a thumbs up, “Otay!” I turn toward the bowling alley lane and smirk as I wind up my throwing arm, “This is so much fun!”

Date: Monday 17-Jan-22 14:41 (Monday, January 17, 2022, 2:41 PM)

Location: Kirkwood Mini Bowl Bowling Alley, Kirkwood Business District, Kirkwood, Missouri, United States of America

I giggle as I waddle over to Brian and hiccup as hissing carries the five bottles of orange soda I’ve had so far through our bowling session out of my body, “This is fun, Brian!” I turn toward the scoreboard and smile at the scores: Stacey: 70 (Set V)| Brian: 63 (Set V)

Brian ruffles my hair and pats my bottom, “Yep.” He walks over to my table to pick up my empty cans of soda and tosses the in the trash can, “Before we continue our game, I think I should check your diaper, Stacey.” He walks over to me and kneels to scan the wetness indicator of my Pampers Cruisers diaper. Brian rises and pats my diapered bottom, “Yellow-green, you’re wet. Let’s get you changed and then we can finish our game.”

“Do I gotta get changed nows?” I cross my arms and pout.

Brian grabs my diaper bag resting next to his chair and lays a changing mat on the floor, “The sooner you’re in a dry diaper the sooner we can finish.”

“Okay.” I waddle over to the changing mat and lie down. I giggle and kick my legs whilst hissing echoes around me. “I’m going potty. Heee…I guess I do need changies.”

Brian chuckles and pokes my belly whilst my Pampers Cruisers diaper’s wetness indicator slowly shifts from yellow-green to green while the hissing dies down, “Yep, you do need a diaper change.”

Brian grabs the baby wipes, baby powder, and a fresh diaper from my diaper bag. “So how many diapers is that so far today?” Brian unfastens my wet diaper and lifts my legs to slide it away. He grabs some baby wipes and begins working on getting me dry whilst tossing the wipes into my old diaper.

I giggle and turn toward the front door of the bowling alley to see people entering and heading toward other bowling lanes near the end of the bowling alley, “I dunno Brian. Probably…ten today so far.”

Brian chuckles as he lowers my legs so he can roll my old diaper into a ball and tosses it in the trash can resting a few feet to the right of his lane, “Well, I changed you this morning…that’s one Pampers, then I changed you before your nap, that’s two Pampers…” Brian grabs the baby powder and lifts my legs so he can powder my uplifted bottom.

I giggle as the sweet talc caresses my nose, “And then I got a diapey change after my nap. That’s three Pampers. Then I had a diapey change at Wal-Mart, that’s four Pampers.” I giggle as I’m lowered onto the comfy Pampers Cruisers diaper. I smile toward Brian as he brings the green circle decorated shell up to my belly, “And this diaper change makes five diapers so far.”

Brian nods as he brings the right wing of my diaper toward the picture strip and secures the tape, “Yep. So you use around five to six diapers a day.” Brian brings the left wing of my diaper toward the picture strip and secures the tape, “All dry.” Brian pats the front of my diaper, “Crinklebutt.”

I stand up on the changing mat and wiggle my freshly diapered bottom. I giggle as my Pampers crinkles, “Yay! Fresh diapey!” and I waddle over to my bowling lane. “Let’s finish the game!”

Brian chuckles as he returns the baby powder, wipes, and Germ-X to my diaper bag and shuts it, “Just give me a second.” Brian sets my diaper bag on his table and walks over to his lane, “Let’s finish this.” Once his ball rolls up to his pickup case, he picks it up and walks toward his lane. He smiles as he rolls the ball and his eyes widen when he only knocks down one pin, “Well…I’m not firing on all cylinders yet.”

I turn to Brian as he rolls the ball and strikes the remaining pins, “It’s okay, Brian. We’re only on set six.” I roll my ball and it strikes five of the pins, “Close, but not a strike.” I turn to Brian with a smile, “I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a strike before. Do you know anyone who’s gotten all strikes in a game before? Do you know how many points that would be?”

Brian chuckles at my rapid fire questions as he grabs his bowling ball, “I’m not sure, Stacinator.” He walks toward his lane and rolls the ball, knocking down three pins, “Better than the last set.” Brian rolls another ball, knocking down the rest. He walks back over to me and ruffles my hair, “This is fun huh?”

I smile toward Brian and giggle, “Uh huhs!”

I giggle as I scan the scoreboard: Stacey: 146 (HDCP SCORE)| Brian: 124 (HDCP SCORE). I turn to Brian and wrap my arms around his leg, “That was AWESOME!” I smile toward him and let go of his leg so I can bounce up and down, “We were neck and neck throughout the whole game! IT WAS AWESOME!”

Brian chuckles and kneels to boop my nose, “I’m glad you had fun, Stacey. Use your inside voice though.”

I bow my head and giggle, “Sowwy.” I smile toward Brian and boop his nose, “Thankies for bringing me out here.”

Brian lifts me into his arms and walks over to grab my diaper bag, “You’re welcome, Stacey.” Brian walks over to the shoe rental to return our shoes and sets me on my feet. Brian sits down next to me to slide into his tennis shoes.

I giggle as I sit down next to him and slide my socks off to allow my toes freedom to wiggle, “Heee…this was lots of fun.” I turn to Brian as he rises to full height. I smile toward him and poke his belly, “Wasn’t it?”

Brian scoops me into his arms and holds me so our eyes lock, “Yep, it was lots of fun.” Brian walks onto the parking lot, “I had lots of fun.” Brian hugs me close and smiles when I rest my head over his shoulder. He rubs my back and pats my diapered bottom as he walks through the parking lot toward his minivan, “I’m glad we did this. This was a fun day.”

I giggle as Brian sets me in my booster seat and buckles me in, “Yeppers!” I boop Brian’s nose and swing my legs allowing my Pampers to crinkle, “I’m so happy!”

Brian slides the passenger door closed and hops into the driver’s seat, “I’m glad you’re happy, Stacinator. Spending time with you is always fun.” He starts up the minivan and begins cruising toward our apartment. I’m glad I got to spend the day with my baby brother again. It was so much fun.

“Brian?” I dart my eyes around the businesses as we pass them.

Brian smiles at me via his rear-view mirror and returns his attention to the road, “Yeah?”

“How is work from home gonna work if I need changies or wanna play with you?” I giggle and swing my legs whilst my Pampers crinkle. I glance down to my diaper bag and pull one of the orange soda filled baby bottles free and begin to suckle it down.

Brian chuckles as he makes a left turn, “Well I’ll just be on call and need my computer available. When it comes to time sheets I just turn those in at the end of the week and that doesn’t take long.” Brian stops at a stoplight and turns to ruffle my hair, “Don’t worry. Big Brother won’t be too busy.”

I smile around my bottle, “Fankyoos, Bwian.”

Brian internally dawws at my baby talk due to my bottle drinking and returns his attention to the road. Yeah…this is going to be a lot of fun in the coming days. I’m sure of it.
