Chapter 11
The tuff questions

Chapter Description: Another chapter going into Drew life.

Chapter 11

As Drew woke up that morning he was happy to see he was drive until he remembered that he was wearing a diaper, a wet one, a very wet one. He was sad but it didn’t bother him as much as it did last night, it almost felt good. He got out of bed and went down stairs in a half walking half waddling motion. Sarah heard him come down stairs. When she saw him she just smiled. He diaper was bulging out of his pajamas from at least one wetting during the night and he looked just fine with it. He sat down and started to eat some cereal.

“So, how was your night?” Sarah asked

“Good” Drew answered

“Did we have any problems?” Sarah asked even though she knew the answer

“Yes” Drew said as he blushed

“Well it’s a good thing we put you in a diaper isn’t it.

“Yes” Drew replied

“Now Drew, I have a question for you” Sarah asked

“What” Drew said with a mouth full of food

“It’s about your parents” Sarah said

“I don’t want to talk about them” Drew said hopping to end the conversation

“And why not” Sarah asked

“I just don’t” Drew said

“Did they hurt you?” Sarah asked

“Oh no, it’s just that... never mind” Drew said no wanting to continue

“It’s just what honey” Sarah said not getting very curious

“It’s just... whatever I did it wasn’t good enough. I made varsity football but that wasn’t good enough. Then I got straight A’s for not a semester but for a whole year but that wasn’t good enough. I got a high paying job, bought my own car, was the captain of football team, and got straight A’s. BUT THAT WASN”T ENOUGH EITHER. JUST BECAUSE I DIDN’T WANT TO GO INTO THE STUPID FAMILY BUSINESS” Drew started to yell

“So I thought if all I have to give isn’t enough I gave up on trying to get there love. I completely shut them out of my life. But continued to do as good as I was, and if they wanted me back in there life they would have to beg for it. I haven’t talked to them in 7 years. And I’m sure I never will again.” Drew finished off with

“That’s terrible; they just ignored you all the way through high school?” Sarah asked

“Well no. It was most of my life. I told them I didn’t want to work in the family business in 6th grade, and it started there. Once I got out of high school I moved up to Michigan, went to college and started a new life”

Sarah was shocked; she couldn’t imagine going through life without her parents love. Sarah was going to make sure he would all the love he wanted and a whole lot more. As they finished eating she asked Drew a few more questions and then told him to go up stairs and get cleaned up and to take a shower. As he did that Sarah went upstairs and started to clean up his room and put out some clothes for the day. After that he went to stairs to play. This routine continued for a few days until disaster struck again; But this time during the day.
