Chapter Description: Chapter 6. Mental Regression starts to set in

Chapter 6

As they entered the house Sarah could tell that Drew was scared and nervous and she tried everything to cheer him up. She knew that it was going to happen sometime but she still hated seeing her husband like this. At dinner Sarah suggested that they go shopping for some new clothes because the ones he had wouldn’t fit for much longer. Drew just moaned at the sound of getting smaller but he accepted her offer. When he woke up the next morning Sarah had been right about one thing, he had gotten even smaller he was around thirteen or fourteen now and his clothes barely fit. He looked in the mirror noticed he was losing his facial hair and his hair was starting to go back the dirty blonde color it was when he was kid. He then heard Sarah call his name, he ran downstairs to see a full breakfast lined out for him. His mood immediately brightened up as he look at the pancakes, bacon, sausage, hash browns and all the other things out on the table. As he finished his breakfast Sarah said that he needed to get dressed so they could go shopping. He found the smallest thing he had put it on and they went out the door.

As they arrived at the mall he got out of the car and they walked into mall and found a store to get some clothes. He just stood there and gave his opinion on what his mom er... wife was picking out for him. He was a little scared about what he just said, did he really think of his wife as his mom. But as he was deep in thought he wife brought him over to the children and toddlers department and he got really nervous.

“Um... honey. What are we doing here?” Drew asked nervously

“Were getting you some clothes silly” Sarah said

“But why here. I’m not going to get this small... Am I?” Drew asked

“You might. So while I’m here my as well get some in case” Sarah replied

Drew shuttered as he saw what his wife was picking out for him. No more dark colors just light pastels and there were many other choices he wasn’t very happy about, but he just kept quiet. As they left the mall the thought crept into his mind. What if he did get small enough to be considered a toddler...?

The next few days went without problems. Drew continued to get younger. His facial hair had completely disappeared, his voice had gotten much higher and he had more energy than he could ever remember. The mental regression started to kick in to. He was starting to think of Sarah more as a mom than his wife, he even called her mom a few times by accident. His wife also had him sleep in the guest bedroom because he was more like a child than ever. As everything seemed to be going smoothly, disaster struck when he least expected it. Night.
