Meanwhile back at Terry’s house, Jamie’s parents Luke and Melinda were searching desperately to find out the fate of the daughter. Based on the clothes that were on the ground. Jamie and Terry had one of the magic candy that made anyone who ate them the age that represented the number on the candy.

Well we searched every corner of the house. The girls are no where to be found said Mark

Where on earth could they be? I mean they must’ve been terrified to find themselves older or younger said Melinda

Meanwhile about 5 minutes down the road. A now older Mark was taking his now 3 yr old sister Terry and her now 8 yr old friend Jamie, trick or treating.

Remember when you are done, you are giving me all of your candy said Mark

Yeah we know. But we have bigger problems. Like how did you become older while we became younger said Jamie

Mark knew this was true. Even though he found it great being 19 and he sister almost a baby. He still wanted to be a kid. If they didn’t find a way to turn back, he would have to get a job! After another 5 minutes of trick or treating. Mark, Jamie and Terry began noticing something odd about the other trick or treaters. There were crying kids, heck some even as young as newborns wearing very large size clothing that looked to be for an adult. While confused adults wearing child size costumes looking on.

Do you think they ate the candy as well asked Jamie

I would say so, I mean we ate the same candy from the bowl you were handing out said Mark

Great we now have to figure out how to turn us back as well as all the moms and their kids and we better do it soon. I feel as if my mind is starting to become younger. I mean I remember being older, but stuff I learned past age 8, is becoming fuzzy said Jamie

Me too. I cant even remember who the president is said Terry who was starting to rub her eyes

I don’t feel any different said Mark

Because you cant instantly learn stuff but you can loose stuff said Jamie

About 15 minutes after starting Terry’s now tiny young legs were getting tired and Mark didn’t want to carry his older/now younger sister door to door. So it was agreed apun to end it right there. Jamie was beginning to get worried of what her parents would think seeing their teenage daughter had become an 8 yr old. Let alone Mark and Terry’s who now have a son in college and a 3 yr old daughter.

When they got to Terry’s house, they noticed there was a car parked in the driveway. Mark recognized that it wasn’t his parents but Jamie knew it was hers.

What are my mom and dad doing here. Do they some how know about our age changes said Jamie

The three entered the house to find that Jamie’s parents Luke and Melinda looking at them. At first they had no idea who the three were but Melinda eventually recognized that the 8 year old was in fact her daughter.

Oh…Jamie I am so sorry said Melinda

For what, you didn’t do this. I some how bought magic candy that changed our age said Jamie

No we did. We bought the candy for ourselves tonight and somehow the candy got mixed with the ones you had bought to bring over Terry’s said Mark

You mean this is your fault! Said Jamie

Please be quiet. Im tired. I want my mommy and daddy said Terry

Oh my…this is Terry? Why is she talking like that said Melinda

Long story but to sum it up. The longer we stay this age the more we act like it said Jamie

Then we better get you back to normal soon before you forget ever being 15 said Luke

Honey do you have any candy left that are wrapped in a gold wrapper? Asked Melinda

Afraid not, Jamie and Terry handed them out to trick or treaters said Mark looking in the bowl

Ok…that is fine. We will just have to go to the store where I bought them and see if they can give us a bunch to give to the kids and their parents said Luke

I want to be a big girl again whined Terry as she was slowly becoming more like the 3 year old she currently was.

Its ok Terry…We will go to the store and get the candy to return you back to normal real soon said Jamie who was trying her best to still act older.

I want my mommy cried Terry trying to hold back her tears

We should leave a note to say you took Mark out or something. That way Mark ad Terry’s parents will know where they are said Melinda

Mark is gwounded. He was a bad boy said Terry

Then for your sake, we get you cured before your parents get home said Luke

Luke and Melinda then took their youthened daughter, her now toddler friend and Mark to their car to drive to the store where they got the candy from. Along the way, things were a tad different then when they arrived. Before there was a sense of panic. Now things seemed a bit more calm. When early there were the sounds of screaming infants, now the kids who were now the adults cradling a sleeping infant most likely a parent of their‘s. Some of the adults who were now kids were trick or treating with their kids watching. Probably the people at house assumed their costumes were over size clothing, making it look like they got younger or something.

Looks like the mental affects are starting to become more severe the longer they stay that age said Luke

In the back, Terry now was sleeping in an old car seat that they had found. She actually looked like a normal toddler in a clown costume sucking her thumb. She looked so innocent.

I wonder how bad the mental can go asked Melinda

Jamie…honey how old are you asked Luke

I am 8 years ol….no…..wait…15.…I think said Jamie

Its getting worst. She might soon not even remember being 15. Luke we need to get to the store. How far away are we?

We should be there in a few minutes.

5 or so minutes later they arrived to the store. When they went to the store. The door was locked. There was a sign that read “Closed, will be open again on September 1st of next year”.

We cant wait that long by then Jamie and Terry could have completely forgotten being older then they are currently now said Melinda

Luke then began banging on the door hoping that someone would hear him. For 3 minutes he continued banging on the door. Finally someone came up to the door.

Cant you read? We are closed. We wont open again for another year said the man

Its an emergency. The age candy I bought got mixed up with normal candy and were handed out to trick or treaters. Then my daughter, her friend and her brother ate a piece and now look at them said Luke

The man glanced at Melinda who was holding a sleeping Terry. Jamie was getting anxious getting bored as she slowly was getting the mind of an 8 year old. Mark on the other hand was still acting like a 7 year old trapped in a 19 year old’s body.

I told you when you bought the candy. There are a bunch of candy to return the person back to normal said the man

Yeah I know, but those were handed out as well and there are none left. We need a bunch of them to return them and the others back to normal.

Have they started acting like their new ages?

Yes, my daughter is still remembering being older and her friend we aren’t sure since she is asleep.

Then we don’t got much time left, once they are 100% a child. The candy to return them to normal will not work. Come in before its too late. As for the others. I have something that might help.

Luke, Melinda, Jamie, Terry and Mark entered the store. It still had Halloween decorations up. The man went to the back and when he came out he was carrying a bowl.

These candies will return the girls and the young man back to normal. Only if their mind’s aren’t completely reverted to that age.

Jamie honey. Do you remember how old you were yesterday asked Melinda making sure she hadn’t completely reverted to an 8 year old.

I was 8 years old like I am today, silly. Said Jamie

Both Luke and Melinda knew this was in deed a bad sign. Jamie’s mind had completely became that of an 8 year old. There was no going back. But perhaps there was hope for Terry. Melinda nudged the sleeping toddler to wake her up.

UUUHHH?, where is my mommy? Asked Terry

Terry sweetie. How old are you? Asked Luke

I am this many, she said with a smile holding up 3 fingers which was a sign she had also completely reverted to her current age.

Sweet, my older sister is now stuck as a 3 year old said Mark

Sir, you said you had something to give in case this happened? Asked Melinda

Yes, but it wont turn them back to normal. Once eaten everyone in the world except for you wont remember them being older then 8 and 3. Now since the young lad, became older and his mind wasn’t affected. He can turn back.

Yes please. I like being older but being a kid is much more fun especially now Terry is a baby said Mark

Im not a baby. I am 3 said Terry

As you wish.

The man then gave Mark a piece of candy. When he ate it. He began to feel the same sensation as he did when he got older. Only this time, he got younger. He slowly relost all of the manhood he got earlier as he shrank into his clothes until he was back to being 7 years old. He then gave Jamie and Terry each a different piece of candy. They began to glow and nothing happened. But they knew what had happened.

They drove back to Terry and Mark’s house and along the way gave the reality candy to the others. When they ate the candy. They glowed and their torn and loose clothes fitted. Soon the now kids were calling their once children mom and dad. For those who ate the candy later then others the ones to turn back. When they got to the house, Terry and Mark’s parents were waiting.

Thanks for taking Terry and Mark trick or treating with Jamie. Terry really looks up to Jamie and I think Mark has a crush on Jamie said Terry’s mom

Uh no problem. We always enjoy having them over. Said Melinda which was partially true since Terry was blast when she was over.

Mark and Terry went to their parents. Mark of course kept the secret of what happened and Terry couldn’t remember. Luke and Melinda then took Jamie home and tucked her into bed.

What a Halloween. This morning when we woke up. We had a 15 year old daughter. Said Luke

And now we have our little girl back. Plus Terry’s parents have a toddler on their hands again and not know it said Melinda

Wait till she starts school all over again.

That should be interesting. I remember the first time around it was rough but Jamie was with her. I wonder what it will be like now that Jamie and Terry arent the same age.

We can only wonder. Hey what do you know said Luke reaching into his pocket. There are 4 pieces of that candy left. 2 with with numbers on them and 2 ones to turn back. Hey since Jamie is asleep. You want to have the fun we had planned?

Hell yeah. What are the ages?

1 and 12 said Luke looking at them.

Well since you did want to see me in diapers. Ill take the 1 and you can have the 12 and be my boy babysitter.

I am fine with that.

Luke then gave the 1 candy to Melinda while he ate the 12. Right away they felt the changes begin.
