Chapter 8
Engine Revenge

Chapter Description: After her husband says misogynistic comments, a wife plots an untraditional revenge. (Female AR and TG)

“What did you say?” Grace said to her husband. Grace and Trip were a troubled couple, even if they had moments of pure love and bliss, they usually fought more than actually loving each other, and those fights mostly came from their different points of view, mainly about the roles of men and women in society. “Just that you can’t be that knowledgeable o cars. Like, all women know about cooking and taking care of kids, not cars, that's manly stuff!" Trip responded, flexing his muscles. “Did you forget that I picked our car? And don't think I don't know that you keep bragging to your friends that you chose our cars, so you'll look more 'manly'!" She screed angrily. “I know, but still weird a girl knows a thing about cars beyond knowing what wheels are.” Trip said while finishing his soup. "ou are the worst! We're not in the 19th Century anymore!" Trip just scoffed. "You know what? I'm going to bed." He just left the table and left his plate behind. Grace was furious, she was tired of her husband, she needed to do something, so she picked her phone and messaged her friend.

The next morning, Trip woke up after grace to only meet her in the kitchen cooking something. "Oh dear, what are you doing?" Trip asks as he took a sip of his coffee. "Oh, I'm doing some stuff to make lunch quicker today." She smiled. "Oh that's great, hope you'll have some for me." The husband smiled and kissed her cheek. "See you later, dear." He said as he got his car keys. "See you later..." She said lovingly, but smiling mischievously.

Later that day, Trip arrived. "Hey Grace, I'm exhausted, hope you have dinner ready." He said entering and putting his briefcase in the empty table. "Grace?" He noticed no one was there, except he heard something from the living room. "Is she watching TV now?" She stormed angry at the living room, but before he could say anything, he froze in place. In the coffee table there was a blonde baby boy, around 2 years old, wearing only a pair of overalls and a diaper, playing with some newly opened car toys. The tot looked at Trip and a smile grew on his face. "Daddy!" He ran and hugged his leg. "Trip was confused, but he noticed a letter in Grace's handwriting on the couch. Dear Trip, if you're reading this, means that you found me in a new version of me. I was tired of your stupid comments, so I made myself a toddler boy so I could love cars without you judging me and now you can learn what taking care of a baby is like. So from now on, there's only Gary, hope you like changing my diapers, since I'll never grow up and there's no known antidote. Love, Grace Gary. Trip was frozen, he was lost, had no idea on what to do, until Gary pulled his leg. "Daddy, changie." The toddler said with loving eyes and Trip sighed defeated. "You won, Grace, you really did..." He picked the toddler up, that easily clinged to him.
