Chapter Description: The ARchive boasts hundreds, if not thousands, of stories. This is where I pluck a diamond from the rough. If you didn't read it then, please do so now!
Friends,
Welcome to Spotlight On..., the page wherein your intrepid bedwetting editor (say that five times fast) digs up a classic AR tale from the AR Archive and puts the spotlight on it for another go around the track. Too many classic stories are lost and forgotten in the muss and miasma of low-quality liquorshits that are stories written on cell phones or stolen from other writers. This is their chance to get a second shot at the top of the page.
Today I’ll be spotlighting...
Soft and Fuzzy

This is a relatively recent tale, having only come out three months ago (sic), but I chose it as an excellent starting-off point for newcomers to familiarize themselves with Bfboy’s work. Bfboy is an immensely talented writer, in my opinion, because he acknowledges and exploits the concepts of patience and escalation when it comes to mental AR, a very difficult trick to pull off for a writer hoping to become as “storied” as he.
“Soft and Fuzzy” takes place in South Africa, wherein a typical twentysomething male protagonist gets caught up in an addictive, hypnotic cycle of somewhat self-inflicted mental regression. The senses of lost control and the gradual slowburn of Eric’s dilemma makes this one of Bfboy’s finest stories, and there is just no telling where it’s going to go until you read every last word of this whimsical, sexy tale.
It’s one of my “Five Star Stories,” and I hope it becomes one of yours, too.

2014 NOTE:
Since the publication of "Soft and Fuzzy," Bfboy has followed it up with a more epic and nuanced sequel that is sure to surprise and entertain. As usual, it deserves one of my highest personal recommendations.
