Chapter 2
The Beginning Of A New Childhood

Chapter Description: It is here, that we see the powers, that that our characters have chosen, as well as their integration, into being five year olds once again.

Joseph Youngston

Joseph Youngston was a man of twenty-five. He had a job as a writer. He loved making up new worlds, as he would set up characters who would live, fight, love, and die in these new worlds. He always like the Idea of Creation. The ability to make up anything, that his mind could come up with.

He was now facing this strange man, and was pondering what he should ask for. Also he was pondering: Was this real?

He decided to give it a shot.

"Would it be ok, if I asked for the Power of Creation?," he asked the man who was looking at them.

The man named Haus looked straight back at him and said, "Well yes and no. You see, you can’t have Universal Creation, for that is an Impossible task. NO ONE can have that power. But you can manipulate things, to create "constructs" If you would like."

"I would love that," was his reply.

"Good!," stated Haus as he then asked, "what would you like to form your constructs out of?"

Rebecca Smalls

Rebecca Smalls was Joseph’s best friend of twenty-five. She was a strong and fierce businesswoman. She had held her own in the market, as she was the owner of three large chains.

Now as Rebecca was watching this man, she was contemplating two things. Was this real? And If this is "real", what would she choose as her power? She was already good with business-related things. She knew mathematics. She understood figures both big and small. She knew how to make a profit off of something that was virtually unprofitable. And she even had a fierce and fiery personality, that helped her sell things rather efficiently.

There was one thing though. Something that she always wanted to do. Now she always hated when she would be in a rush, and then drop her keys that fell under her table, or couch, or bed, causing her to have to take her time, to get an object to reach it. She would even occasionally drop her earrings at times. This would always frustrate her. She actually lost her grandma’s necklace that she gave to her under her fridge. She could really love to get it back.

"I would love to be able to become small enough, to fit in any space," was her reply to him.

"Ah very well!," stated Haus as he began getting her request ready.

Benjamin Wyldz

Benjamin Wyldz was a man of thirty-seven. He had owned a small wildlife sanctuary, that contained his only means of income. It was a long and tedious process, but it helped out with his job, and with putting food on the table. His favorite animal, was the wolf. He had a nice sized area, just for them. Now he had sanctuaries, for all walks of life, but he was just so fascinated with the wolf, that he made their sanctuary be slightly bigger. Of course he loved all animals, so...

"I would like to have the ability to Understand Animals," was his request to this man.

Haus looked at him, smiled and asked, "All Animals? Because that would get hectic after some time."

Thinking about this, he said, "How about all breeds of Carnivore?"

"The Order or Meat-Eaters in General?"

"The Order."

"Very well then."

Nicholas Achilles

Nicholas Achilles. A twenty year old football star. He was fast. He was strong. He was tough. Of course his father and grandfather were like this as well, and it sort of rubbed off on him. Of course he always wondered, what if he could Magically Transform into a faster, stronger, and tougher form?

"Hey man! I want the power to transform into a more powerful form, like they did in those Anime I loved to watch when I was a kid!," was what he demanded to get.

"Very well," stated Haus.

Jackson Move

Jackson Move was a man of twenty-three years old. He was a mechanic, who was good at his work. Able to fix any problem, on any car, truck, bus, or jeep. Of course he had to learn electrical and computer engineering, to better be able to support the new models of cars that were coming in. Of course the one thing he liked more than fixing cars, was driving them. He loved going fast! It was his thing!

So when the time came for him to decide he said rather quickly, "I would love to be able to move as fast as any car!"

"Very well," was Haus’ reply to him.

Julia Youngston

Julia Youngston was Joseph’s twenty-one year old younger sister. She was in college, looking for training in a job about Public Relations. Now because of this, she couldn’t really afford to give up her adulthood, just for a newfound power.

"If you don’t mind, I’ll pass," was Julia’s reply to this whole thing.

"Are you sure about this?," asked Haus.

"Yes."

"Alright. I understand. But if you ever change your mind, I’ll be there to give you your power."

Jonathon Smalls

Jonathon Smalls was a forty year old man, who was married to Rebecca Smalls for five years. Now he was a man who worked in construction. He loved building and making houses. It made him feel at home when he could build a house for another person. Of course, he also felt like if he was just a little bit taller, then maybe he could get to those hard to reach places a little better.

"I would love to be a giant, so that I could build houses better," was his request for his power.

"Excellent choice!," Haus stated with a smile.

The Transformation

"Alright! Here we go!," Haus said as he waved his hands, causing a type of energy to encircle all of the individuals, except for Julia.

They could feel as the world was reshaping around them. This was an amazing, and an incredible experience for them! It was just so exhilarating! What would they get to do with their newfound powers?! Would Julia ever except that transformation for herself someday? I mean becoming five years old again, just so that you can get a power, is a small price to pay. Isn’t it?

After these five minutes, that seemed to go by in a split second, Julia and Haus were met with six little five year olds. Because their clothes didn’t transform with them, they were all naked as the day they were born. They were ecstatic! They couldn’t wait to try out their newfound abilities!

But that’s when they noticed it.
