By the time the car arrived back at Jade’s home Sam truly was restless. Being locked in a seat with so little movement had quickly become intolerable but there was nothing she could do. Jade parked in front of the large wooden doors at the front of the property and stepped out. To Sam’s annoyance rather than letting her out right away she started emptying the car of the myriad purchases.

“Jade?” Sam finally said, “A little help?”

Jade ignored her and continued emptying the trunk. Sam huffed and hit the side of her new car seat in frustration.

“Jade? Hello!?” Sam practically shouted.

Jade continued to ignore her and it soon came to Sam why she was pretending as if she had gone deaf. Jade wanted Sam to call her “Mommy” but there was no way that was going to happen. It was too late to rectify any mistakes though as Jade was walking up the steps to the house whilst Sam was still stuck in the car.

When Jade returned it was with some of the staff that always seemed to be in the house but were very good at staying out of the way. Sam blushed and looked away, she hated that yet more people were seeing her in this lowly position and, just to make matters worse, these were people she would have to see every single day.

“If you could just take everything up to the room I told you about.” Jade said to one of the butlers who bowed and picked up a large box.

“Jade, you can’t leave me in this car forever.” Sam pouted. She didn’t want to tell her cousin that as well as just generally wanting the freedom to move she was also feeling a growing need for the bathroom.

“I’m afraid good little girls don’t use their Mommy’s first names.” Jade said without looking at Sam. Instead she was handing some bags over to another helper, Sam could clearly see it contained at least some of the diapers.

“I’m not calling you that!” Sam exclaimed as her cheeks reddened.

“Then you can stay in that seat and wait.” Jade replied, “This is how things are going to be from now on and the quicker you get used to it the easier it will be.”

Sam folded her arms in front of her in defiance. The effect was somewhat lost by her infantile position and the parade of baby things being taken into the house. Her bladder ached a little bit more, it was just as small as the rest of her which meant it filled up fast. She couldn’t let Jade know that though.

Minutes passed with Jade giving directions as to where all the new shopping should go. Sam was now squirming in her seat and it wasn’t solely from the embarrassment. She had woken up in a wet bed that morning, the idea that she might have ANOTHER accident that day was unthinkable. Her head bowed as she knew Jade held all the cards, truly the only way out of this seat was to give her cousin exactly what she wanted no matter how humiliating and unpalatable it was.

“Could you please let me out of this seat…” Sam closed her eyes as she took a deep breath. The word was causing her physical pain, “Mommy?”

“Of course I can.” Jade replied with a huge smile.

Sam bowed her head in shame. Jade came over and reached to an area behind the seat. A second later there was a sound of a latch being released and all the straps that had held Sam down came loose. Sam quickly untangled herself but it was only in time to be picked up by Jade again.

“Please can I walk?” Sam asked quietly. She was dying of embarrassment.

“We’ll be a lot quicker if I carry you.” Jade replied merrily.

Sam was adjusted to sit on Jade’s hip. Almost automatically her arms and legs wrapped around the taller woman to hold on. As she was carried in she could see the staff continuing to bring equipment in. Much of it was going upstairs but some boxes were being taken elsewhere. It felt like the whole house was being renovated, in some ways it was.

Once upstairs Sam could see that there was a lot of activity going on in a room further down the landing. A great deal of the boxes were outside and there were bangs and other noises come from inside. It wasn’t there that Sam was carried though, instead she was taken to her bedroom. She had last been in it a mere couple of hours previously but it felt like a different lifetime.

The mattress had been flipped and there were new sheets on the bed. Sam realised it meant that Jade’s servants knew about her accident and she blushed as she pictured them all whispering about her. When she was laid down on the bed she had a premonition of what was to come and started shaking her head.

“Y-You can’t do this!” Sam said with desperation creeping into her voice, “I’ve learnt my lesson!”

“I CAN do this.” Jade replied, “And you haven’t even started to learn your lesson yet.”

Sam tried to fight Jade off but she couldn’t do much to stop the much larger woman removing her clothes. She covered up her genitals and small breasts as Jade stripped her completely. Obviously everything had been seen earlier that morning but that didn’t stop Sam from wanting to maintain as much modesty as she could.

“P-Please…” Sam whined with a trembling bottom lip.

“I know it’s an adjustment but the sooner you accept it the easier it will be.” Jade repeated what she had said earlier as she stroked the side of Sam’s face. Sam couldn’t believe her cousin might actually think this was something she could ever get used to.

Sam was frozen in place as Jade retrieved a packet of diapers. They were pink disposables with little unicorns all over them with the brand name Cutiebutts. Sam acted before she’d even thought about it. With Jade distracted ripping open the packet the naked Sam jumped to her feet and ran out the door to the landing. Her first thought was to go downstairs and run away but she was completely naked and knew the gate at the end of the long drive would be locked. Her second idea was to find the hired help and tell them that her cousin had lost her mind.

“Sam!” Jade shouted, “Get back here!”

Sam ran down the landing to the room the banging had been coming from. She had seen a lot of what had been bought that day being taken into the room so it stood to reason that she could find plenty of help. Doing her best to cover her most sensitive parts she ran down the hall and pushed the door open. She looked back to see Jade walking out of the bedroom with a face of thunder. Sam pushed into the new room without hesitation and ran into the middle of half a dozen people putting up furniture.

“Help!” Sam yelled, “Jade’s gone mad! She… She…”

Sam slowly stuttered to a stop as she stumbled into the middle of the room. All the faces had turned towards her but she was looking past them to the things they were doing. All six people were engaged in either construction or putting things away. What had Sam frozen to the spot was that it was a nursery they were putting together!

Two men had stopped as they held up a barred side of an overgrown crib. On the far wall was a changing table and as someone was finishing one end of it another person was stacking diapers, cream, wipes and powder on the shelves beneath the padded surface. Speaking of shelves there were some on the opposite side of the room filled with toys and children’s books as yet more were going up elsewhere. Even beneath Sam’s feet there was a play mat. Some of this hadn’t been bought that day, she was sure of it.

“What the fu-…” Sam started.

A hand grabbed Sam’s shoulder and spun her around. Jade was looking down at her with a serious face and a second later Sam was lifted into the air. Her arms came away from the areas they had been hiding and flailed around as she grunted and exclaimed to be put down. Jade simply held the naked woman to her chest and left the room.

“This is happening, baby.” Jade said as she carried Sam back to the bedroom, “Stop trying to fight it.”

Sam struggled but couldn’t get lose. She was placed back on the bed with tears in her eyes and she looked up at Jade with a red face and furious expression. This time Jade kept a hand on Sam’s chest pushing her down against the bed, with the other hand she reached over and pulled a diaper out of the pack. Sam shivered and let out a whine as a tear ran down her face.

Jade held the diaper by the ruffled waistband and let it fall open. Sam was shocked at how big it looked. It was only a baby diaper and yet as it unfolded she felt it would swamp her. The diaper was placed between Sam’s legs and even though she tried to kick it off the bed Jade easily stopped her by grabbing her feet.

“Having a tantrum won’t help.” Jade said to Sam.

“It’s not a… Ah!” Sam let out a short yelp as her ankles were lifted and pushed back over her face.

Sam flailed with her arms and she could barely breathe for a second before her legs were lowered again. As they came down she didn’t feel the soft covers of her bed underneath her anymore, instead it was the cotton-like padding of the diaper that had been slipped underneath her. She immediately tried to get up but Jade stopped her again. It felt like if she allowed the padding to be taped on to her she would never feel regular panties again.

“You can’t do this!” Sam yelled, “I’m not a baby!”

“I think that’s for me to decide.” Jade replied coolly.

The front of the diaper was lifted up between Sam’s legs and pressed against her belly. It crinkled loudly and the padding inside felt nothing like the underwear Sam was used to. The sides were brought up and the tapes pressed on to the front. As far as Sam knew Jade hadn’t changed many, if any, diapers in her life so the fact she had so expertly put this one on her was a bit of a shock.

“There.” Jade said as she stood up, “Not the end of the world is it.”

Sam slowly sat up and heard the crinkling from between her legs. She saw the front puff out from the trapped air and tentatively reached down to touch the plastic outer shell. She shivered as her fingers felt the smoothness of the pink disposable. Jade watched from nearby as Sam slipped off the edge of the bed. As she stood up she felt the padding pushing her thighs apart, she wouldn’t even be able to walk normally like this!

“Right, your clothes are in the nursery that’s being set up. Wait here and I’ll get you something to wear.” Jade said.

Sam watched Jade leave the room in stunned silence. The tall woman closed the door behind her which was as good as locking it for Sam who couldn’t reach the handle without something to climb on. She took a tentative step forwards. Her legs were forced wide and even that small movement produced a lot of sound, she winced as she stopped again.

In the corner of the room was a mirror and as Sam looked around she suddenly caught sight of herself. If she hadn’t had her breasts she would swear she was looking at a baby. The diaper seemed to take away any and all maturity that Sam had ever had. When she saw her reflection all she could see was a little girl whose bottom lip was trembling and had tear streaks going down her face. She was sure that if she was put in a line-up with a bunch of babies most people wouldn’t pick her out as the adult.

Sam balled her fists up. She couldn’t let this happen. It was utter insanity and surely Jade would wake up to that fact sooner or later. What she could do was give her a helping hand to see how ridiculous this all was. She reached down and without giving it a second thought she angrily tore at the tapes until the diaper fell open at her feet. She aimed a kick at it and sent the padding a few feet across the room.
