Chapter 2
Change, Is Here

Chapter Description: As the changes start taking place, how will Alex, Jade and Mom deal with them?

As Alex read the rock and uneasy feeling went over him. He wasn’t sure why. He looked at himself in the mirror. All was fine.

He stood up and went over to the door. He opened it up. Alex decided to check on his sister. AS he went out he looked at her. She was a little shorter.

"Wait." Alex said. "Nah, can’t be." Alex shook it off as he went over to the kitchen. His mom was making breakfast. The feeling came again. This time he felt different but couldn’t name it.

Alex sat down in a chair. As he looked at the table. No food yet. It was almost lunch time.

"Lunch will be ready in a minute." The mom said. AS Jade walked through the door. She was at least another foot shorter.

Jade stuck her tongue out again at Alex. This time the mom caught her. "Now be nice to your older brother." She said.

"But, mom! He is only a year older." Jade said.

"I don’t care, that is still older. He is nine you are eight. Respect your elders." The mom retorted. Jade sat in a chair folding her arms pouting.

’It worked.’ Alex said to himself. "I will be right back." He said as he got from the chair and ran to his room. The rock was about half its size. "Okay, so it still wants to do stuff." Alex said. Alex got one more feeling but ignored it as he now needed to use the bathroom. He ran to the one in it. He went to the toilet.

He pulled down his pants. And in the place of the training pants were a pair of underwear. Also, lower down, his penis seemed smaller. Alex just figured it was because of the feelings he has been getting. So Alex just went. He pulled up his pants and left.

He walked out of the bathroom. He went back out to the kitchen. Jade seemed smaller again. This time about seven or so. That means he would have been about ten now.

"Almost complete." Alex said.

The mom turned around. "What was that?"

"Nothing mom." Alex stuck his tongue out at Jade.

"Mom!" She screamed.

"What?" The mom asked.

"Alex is doing it again." Jade replied.

"Alex is doing what dear?" The mom asked.

"Sticking his tongue out." She said.

"Alex, stop sticking your tongue out at your little sister. How would you like to be picked on?"

It was kinda an ironic question. But that is what gave away the fact no one except Alex knowing about the rock.

Alex got the feeling again.

Alex gave a face at Jade.

"She’s doing it again." Jade said...
