Chapter Description: Little Susan writes a letter to Santa to help her mother, with unexpected results.
A letter to Santa
By Steven
It was the first night of December, and little 6 year old Susan Miller was sitting at her writing desk trying to write a letter to Santa. Her legs were swinging back and forth as she sat down looking at the blank page. Her light brown hair was pulled back into a pony tail. She was wearing a teddy bear night shirt and socks.
“What to write?”, asked Susan to herself.
Susan paused when she heard her mother shout out in frustration and slamming something onto the table in the other room.
“Mommy is doing bills again”, sighed Susan. “I wish Mommy didn’t have to do all the extra work, she has no time to play with me anymore.” Then an idea popped into her head, she knew what she wanted to ask Santa for.
Susan quickly wrote down, in her best first grade writing skills, what she wanted from Santa.
Dear Santa,
I not want anything for me this year. Mommy been so busy she no time to be with me. Mommy been very sad since daddy went to heaven two years ago. She cries every night. Santa can you make Mommy not have to do all that work and be able to play with me again and her be happy.
Love Susan Miller.
Susan, pleased with herself, folded up the letter and placed it into the envelope and licked it closed. She was smiling as she pulled her bed covers up and went to sleep.
The next morning, Susan put her letter to Santa into the mailbox as she was waiting for the school bus.
“Susie, Miss Renolds is going to watch you after school, I have lots of work to do, so I’ll be late coming home”, said Eva Miller, Susan’s mother.
“Again?”, sighed Susan.
“Yes sweety again, Mommy has to pay the bills”
“Okay”, said Susan sadly. She loved her mother and wanted to be with her more often.
The days went by and Susan kept hoping that Santa would help her mommy. It was Christmas Eve and Susan could not sleep. She waited and waited to hear Santa but soon fell asleep. When morning came, Susan jumped off her bed and ran down to the living room. Susan saw an envelope sticking out of her stocking on the mantel above the fireplace. She reached up and pulled it out. The envelope was addressed to her. Susan quickly opened the flap and pulled out the letter inside.
Dear Susan,
I read your letter and was moved. I know it has been hard on your mother lately and has had no time to be with you. I’ve made it was she does not need to do anymore work and has all the time to play with you. Though I sort of over did it, I tried to bring her to the point where she was the most happy and I guess she was the most happy at this age. So someone is coming by later to help out. Please watch over your mother until they arrive.
Merry Christmas, Santa.
Susan was slightly confused when she read the letter, what did Santa mean by her watching her mommy. Just then a loud crash sounded in the back room, followed by a high-pitch scream. Susan dropped the letter and ran back to her mother’s room. When she opened the door, she found a small toddler crying on the floor. It looked like the toddler girl fell off the bed. The toddler was wearing a green baby Tee, with a Christmas tree on the front, and a pair of diapers with reindeer print all over them. Then the meaning of the letter hit Susan, this was her mommy only little. Susan rushed over and picked up little Eva, who was still crying.
“There there it’s okay” cooed Susan rubbing Eva’s back, trying to calm her. “Where does it hurt?” she asked.
Little Eva pointed to her knee. Susan bent down and kissed it and rubbed it. She carried Eva to the living room and sat her on the sofa. By the time she placed Eva on the sofa, she had cried herself back to sleep. Susan looked over her little mother, she looked so cute. She had short blonde hair and big blue eyes. It was hard to believe that this little baby was her mommy. She watched as Eva started to suck on her right thumb.
“Mommy it’s going to be okay, someone’s coming to help”, smiled Susan as she kissed Eva’s forehead.
While Eva slept, Susan started to sort out the presents that were under the tree. To her surprise there were presents for her and her mommy under the tree. By the time she had made two piles of gifts, she heard little Eva wake up. Susan walked up to Eva and helped her up to a sitting position.
“Susie why you big”, said little Eva, surprise by the sound of her own voice.
“No mommy you little”, corrected Susan pointing to Eva’s belly.
“Me widdle?”, said Eva looking down at herself and spotted the diaper. “NOOO ME BABY!”, she cried. “ME NO WANTA BE BABY!”
Eva cried for a few minutes, even though in her mind she was still an adult, she had the emotions and body of an infant not quite two.
“It’s okay mommy, someone is coming by later to help”
“Why me baby?”, asked Eva sniffing and rubbing the tears from her eyes.
“Mommy I wrote Santa a letter asking for you not to be busy and for you to be happy”, explained Susan and picked up the letter from Santa. “And he wrote this letter back”, handing the letter into Eva’s little fingers.
Eva paused over the words on the page, they made no sense to her, “Me no wead”, tears started to form again.
Susan took the letter back and read it to Eva.
“Susie, why Sanda meanie”, asked Eva to her daughter.
“I don’t think Santa really meant for you to get this little, He said you were the most happy at this age.”
“Sanda tupid head” pouted Eva.
Eva paused for a second, and Susan saw a strange look come over her mommy’s face. Eva wiggled her bottom and looked up at Susan with a sad look on her face.
“Susie me wet”, frowned Eva.
“I think I saw some diapers in your room.” said Susan picking up Eva.
Susan carried Eva to her room and saw a changing table and spare diapers next to it.
“Santa thought of everything”, thought Susan, placing her little mommy on the changing table.
As Susan started to untapped Eva’s diaper, Eva swatted her hand away.
“No wook”, pouted Eva, embarrassed to be naked in front of her daughter.
“But I need to mommy, unless you want to wear a dirty diaper”
Eva paused then went to sucking her thumb. Susan took that as a no and continued to change her mommy’s diaper. She lifted off the wet diaper and placed it in the diaper basket by the changing table. She grabbed some baby wipes and cleaned Eva’s diaper area up. Susan never in her wildest dreams thought that she would be changing her mommy’s diaper. Eva giggled when Susan wiped her, she was ticklish down there. Susan finished with some baby powder and a fresh pair of diapers. Susan picked up Eva and cradled her under her bottom. Just then they heard the front door make a noise, like someone was trying to open it.
“Who dat?” asked Eva, pulling her thumb out of her mouth.
“I don’t know, maybe it’s the person Santa talked about helping.”, said Susan carrying Eva to the front door.
When they got to the front door, they spotted a young woman walking in. Susan did not recognize who it was, but little Eva knew right away. Eva squirmed out of Susan’s arms and toddled as fast as she could to the young woman.
“Mama mama Sanda made me widdle”, whined Eva as the young woman picked her up.
“I know sweety, he gave me a letter as well”, said the young woman cradling Eva.
“Grandma?” asked Susan.
“Yes Susan, its me”, said Anna, Eva’s mother.
“But your young”, said Susan starring at her grandmother, who now looked in her early twenties.
“And so it your grandpa, he is out right now getting some things settled. Apparently we came into a large inheritance courteously of Santa.” smiled Anna.
“Dada too?” pondered Eva.
“Yes daddy too”, smiled Anna giving Eva a kiss.
“So Santa had you come and take care of us”, said Susan sitting down on one of the chairs in the living room.
“It was all in the letter I found this morning when we woke up. Let me tell you, it was a great surprise to wake up in a young body. Santa explained everything, including my little Eva here working so hard as to not give my granddaughter any time. Plus all the stress she got. Eva honey, if you were having money trouble, you should have let me know, I would have helped.”, said Anna holding Eva on her lap.
“Sorwwy mama”, said Eva with sad eyes.
“How old is mommy now?”, asked Susan wondering.
“Well according to this new birth certificate I have, she is just shy of being two years old. Her birthday is in two months.”, answered Anna hold out a piece of paper.
“Me baby!”, cried Eva bursting back into tears.
Anna tried to calm Eva by rocking her and rubbing her back.. It was not working, so Anna carried Eva to the back room while Susan stayed in the living room. Ten minutes later, Anna came back out without Eva in her arms.
“She cried herself to sleep. Care for some breakfast or do you want to open your presents now?”, asked Anna.
“Breakfast”, said Susan feeling her tummy grumble.
“Breakfast then”, smiled Anna and went into the kitchen.
While Anna was preparing breakfast, Susan asked a question that was on her mind.
“Grandma, what about me? My mommy is younger than me.”, asked Susan while sitting at the kitchen table, swinging her bare legs.
“Well Susan, Santa did not forget about you. You see there is another birth certificate in the package I got with your name on it. It has me listed as your mother, making Eva your baby sister.”, replied Anna as she poured the pancake batter.
“So mommy is my baby sister and you’re my new mommy?” pondered Susan.
“Yes Susan I am, is that okay with you?”
“Sure grand... I mean mommy”, smiled Susan, she did like her grandmother after all.
Susan and Anna eat breakfast and cleaned up. Then Susan decided to open her presents while Anna went back to check on Eva. She had about half of her presents opened by the time Anna came back carrying Eva.
“Come Eva, let’s open your presents. You see your sister has most of hers done.”, Anna said as she placed Eva down in front of her presents.
“Sisder, but Susie me baby” Eva started to say, but Anna placed a present into her arms.
“Here do you want me to open it sweety?”, asked Anna.
“No! me”, pouted Eva, her short attention span made her forget about the sister part and focus on her gifts.
Eva tore at the wrapping paper. Susan and Anna watched with smiles. Inside the box was a stuffed doll, made for toddlers.
“Dolly!”, Eva squealed and hugged the stuff doll. It was hers and no one should take it. Childhood delight took over and Eva was happy.
“Well you do have other presents Eva, not just the dolly.”, explained Anna giving Eva another wrapped gift.
Eva opened all her gifts the same way, by tearing wildly at the paper and squealing in happiness at what was inside. Susan and Eva played with their toys. Eva soon forgot about being a toddler and just enjoyed having fun with her new stuff and playing with Susan. Susan got to play with her mother just like she wanted. Anna gave one last gift to Susan.
“Susan, this gift was left with me. It’s from Santa to you”. Anna said handing the gift to Susan.
“Too me?” Susan said opening the gift. Inside, there was a candy cane and a note. Susan picked up the note.
“What does it say?” asked Anna still keeping an eye on Eva, who was still playing with her blocks.
Susan read it softly. “Dear Susan, I was hoping that Eva would be closer to your age when it was done, but she ended up younger. Inside this box is a magic candy cane that with each lick you will get one month younger. You can use it if you want to be closer to Eva’s new age. I’ll be back next Christmas to pick up the candy cane. It is up to you, love Santa.”
“So do you want to use it?” Anna questioned.
“I’ll think about”, answered Susan, not really wanting to be younger.
Susan closed the box and put it on the table.
“Well you have a whole year to decide” said Anna hugging Susan.
“Thanks mommy”, smiled Susan hugging back.
“Susie play”, said Eva handing Susan a toy dog.
Smiling Susan went back to playing with Eva. An hour later, Susan had to use the bathroom and left Eva by the toys. Anna kept watch until the phone rang, it was her husband calling. Eva got bored and started to look around for something to do. She spotted the red box on the table, her childish curiosity took over.
“Sure thing honey, you’ll be over a little later. That’s fine, I love you bye.”, said Anna hanging up the phone.
Just then she heard Susan yelling.
“Mommy hurry, Eva took my candy cane”, came Susan’s voice from the living room.
Anna ran into the living room and spotted Susan looking for Eva who had the candy can in her mouth.
“Candy mine”, squealed Eva, who looked a little younger, from near the back bedroom.
Anna noticed the birth certificate for Eva now showed 4 months until her birthday. She picked up the paper and chased after Eva.
“Susan stay here, I’ll take care of this”, ordered Anna as she chased Eva in the bedroom and closed the door.
Anna watched as Eva had stopped walking and was now crawling. The date for her birthday got further away.
“Now see what you got yourself into”, smiled Anna watching little Eva shrink on the floor.
Eva’s diaper fell off and she had crawled out of her green shirt. The naked infant rolled onto her back and was still sucking on the candy cane.
Anna reached down and picked up tiny Eva. She pulled the candy cane out of her mouth. Anna glanced at the birth certificate. It showed that today was her birthday and she was a newborn. Newborn Eva still was looking at the candy cane.
“Well Eva you have been very naughty, haven’t you. I guess I need to start raising you better from the beginning.”, smiled Anna who paused at what she was about to do, then lowered the candy cane to Eva’s mouth.
As soon as Eva’s lips touched the candy cane, she vanished. At the same time Anna grunted at her stomach ballooned out to being 8 months along. Her shirt was pulled up and her bare belly stuck way out.
“Uhmmf, this will never do.”, said Anna holding her large belly. “I hope this works the way I think it does.” , she said and brought the candy cane to her lips.
The candy cane tasted real good, the best she ever tasted. Anna felt her stomach shrink with each lick. Back and back went her pregnancy, until finally her stomach was flat again. She looked down at the birth certificate and noticed it said that Eva would be born in 8 months. She took one last lick and watched it change to 9 months. Anna noticed that her crotched felt wet all of a sudden. She opened her pants and pulled out her panties. A sticky white goo was oozing from her lower lips.
“I guess you really are starting from the beginning Eva.” Anna smiled.
The door to the room started to open. Susan walked in and saw Anna with her pants and panties down starring at her crotch. She also saw the white ooze dripping out.
“Hmm mommy, where’s Eva?” asked Susan a little confused at what she was seeing.
“Susan honey did Eva ever tell you where babies come from?” asked Anna.
“No”, Susan shook her head.
Anna smiled then went into a dumb down version about where babies came from, Susan was still a child. She even pointed at her crotch and the white ooze. After the explanation, Susan walked over to Anna.
“So Eva is in your tummy now?”, asked Susan.
“Yes and no, you see daddy’s seed right now is heading to one of my eggs to make Eva”, said Anna. “It will take her nine months to grow in my belly so she could be born”.
“Really?” pondered Susan.
“Yes really, I’m sorry but she will not be able to play with you for awhile.”
“Oh”
“Well here is your candy cane back”, said Anna handing the candy to Susan.
Susan just starred at the candy cane in her hands. Anna noticed her look.
“You can join her if you want, you two would be sisters from the start and grow up together.”
Susan pondered it for a minute and looked up at Anna. “You would really be my mommy then and she would be my sister.”
“Yes sweety and you would be able to play with her all you want.”
“Okay”, Susan said slowly and raised the candy cane to her mouth.
An hour later, Jacob arrived at the door.
“Anna where are Eva and Susan?”, asked Jacob looking around.
Smiling, “They are right here”, said Anna rubbing her flat stomach.
“I don’t understand”
Anna went into the whole story about what happened when he was gone. “So in nine months, we’ll have twin baby girls”
“Well Susan got her wish and we got ours”, smiled Jacob and kissed his wife.
“I can’t wait for next Christmas”, smiled Anna kissing Jacob back.
