Author’s note. Thank you for reading this latest installment in the Dante-verse. It all came about when I decided that the corrupted Judy aka Lucy needed to be doing a little something something, and from there came Levi (my new favorite villain) and poor poor Damien. This story was a bit of a stretch for me stylistically, but overall I feel it was a success.

On my word program, this story is well over 100 pages long; and even though Dante’s Infanzia is longer and College or Cribs is waaaaaay longer, this is the first non-short story that I’ve written all at once and THEN published instead of write a chapter publish write a chapter publish, so that was a new experience for me. I wanted to do this right.

Thank you to everyone who commented and came along for the ride. It’s gratifying to know that my stories are being read and enjoyed in one form or another.

It’s a collaboration between myself and Cute_Kitten (who is an amazingly talented writer in her own right, and was a pleasure to work with) It’s definitely a quirkier and lighter romp than this one, but then again, most things will be, and the story has real emotional heart in it, I feel.
