Expanded and alternate ending(s) to the 2006 movie Sky High. Recommended to have seen Sky High, as this starts from one of the last scenes in the entire movie.

Chapter 1
The Prom

Chapter Description: These scenes all play out in the movie. This is expanded with detail entirely from the POV of Royal Pain, the villain.

Royal Pain was jubilant. Her 20 years of planning had finally come to fruition. She finally had her pacifier back, and was preparing for her final move. All those late nights at Sky High as Gwen Grayson, becoming class president and playing the perfect prep girl were about to pay off. Her plan was first thought of during her first stint at sky high, reduce the entire faculty and student body of Sky High into babies, and then re-raise them as her personal army of Supervillains.

The first time she put her plot into action, she and her sidekick stitches had successfully captured some of her former classmates, unbeknownst to them. The stronger and most heroic person to ever emerge from Sky High, The Commander, know to her as Steve Stronghold, as well as his sidekick, All American Boy. Right as they were about to be pacified, her plot was foiled by Jetstream. Her memory of the exact events was fuzzy, but she had been disarmed by Jetstream and the pacifier had malfunctioned, which turned her into a baby. She remembers the feeling of every limb of her body getting smaller, and feeling the metal exoskeleton of her suit engulf her rapidly shrinking body. The two fools were in love, and had thought that the explosion had killed her, and allowed her sidekick to flee.

The took the damaged but still in-tact pacifier with them as they left. Her sidekick stitches returned soon after to find his master an eight month old infant, imprisoned by her long flowing cape, now unfortunately soiled.

Most of what she recalls from this event was the result of her superior mind, the technopathy she possessed, and mainly her sidekick turned father recounting the story of her past life to herself.

She grew up again like any normal child, having to be re-potty trained, learning to speak, to walk, going to elementary school. Until her powers re-emerged and could once again attend Sky High. She was now a senior once again, and had manipulated her way into a close relationship with the son of Steve and Josie Stronghold, Will. She used this relationship to steal back the pacifier from the Commander, easily repairing it with her advanced manipulation of technology. As well as establishing herself as the head of a clique of up and coming supervillains, Lash, who could stretch, Speed, who was fast, and Penny, who could make clones of herself at will.

From there, the covert stage of her plan had begun. She used her powers to build hundreds of upright baby carriers, to transport the soon to be pacified inhabitants of Sky High. Additionally, she had to create thousands and thousands of diapers to satiate the needs of two hundred babies for at least two and a half years. Expanding and converting the basement of her lair into the largest nursery on the planet. She used the assistance and advice of her sidekick to obtain a large portion of this data, having been the only person to have cared for an adult who had been pacified.

The pacification of the school would take place when she could gather everyone into the same room, at Prom. Her late night school activities were a great cover for her to sneak package upon package of diapers into a seldom-used closet behind the school stage, where she would give her speech. This was already going to be messy in quite a literal fashion, and didn’t want them to ruin her careful baby carriers.

The last step was to put power dampening solution into the punch. She devised this solution herself, so that she wouldn’t be overcome with every hero in the school attacking her at once, she neutralized their powers by a large portion to prevent that.

Never one to fret about patting herself on the back, Royal Pain was about to step onto the stage and truly show the superhero world what a villain looked like.

She had lured Will’s parents to the prom via a fake award she had devised, superhero of the year. Principal Powers had made a quick speech welcoming people to the prom, and introducing Gwen Grayson to hand out the award.

Gwen stepped onto the stage feeling immense satisfaction and began her speech.

“Thank you, Principal Powers. a very special thank you goes to our guests of honor the recipients of our first-ever Hero of the Year award, the Commander and Jetstream, And to mark this occasion, we've planned a special tribute to the most powerful super-being ever to walk the halls of Sky High.”

Looking around, she noticed that Will wasn’t there. She stepped out from behind the podium.

“Me!” She then removed her dress to reveal the power suit of Royal Pain, as large neon signs emerged from the sides of the stage. Stitches then jumped up on stage and retrieved the repaired pacifier from the hidden compartment of the podium.

The room was dumbfounded, and the Commander was standing there, his wife Jetsam in their red, white, and blue costumes. When no exclamation was forthcoming Royal Pain prompted him.

“Commander?” There was a beat of murmurs and hushes.

“Royal Pain is a girl?”

“Yes, I'm a girl, you idiot! How I ever lost to a fool like you I'll never know. Now prepare to be Pacified!”

Being bulletproof and immune to any physical damage, the commander was skeptical of Royal Pain’s gun.

“Do you honestly think you can kill me with that little toy gun of yours?” He  remarked dismissively.

Royal Pain replied quickly. “My dear Commander, who said anything about killing you?”

With that, she pointed the laser rifle at the Commander and fired. A bolt of lightning shot out of the rounded tip and hit him square in the chest. He was posing in a heroic manner, looking and feeling like he could withstand anything. But the second the bolt hit him, he began loudly grunting. This was the first time anyone, Royal Pain included, had heard Commander even wince in pain. Almost as quickly as the bolt hit him, Royal Pain could see her gun working. The limbs of his suit were becoming looser and looser. Wrinkles began to appear on the legs as he grew smaller. It couldn’t have been more than a few seconds before the former man just appeared to be a pile of clothes.

Jetstream got on her knees and pulled back the uniform, revealing the crying infant her husband had become, completely encompassed by the clothes that moments ago showcased his toned muscles and incredible strength. She then turned around and began flying toward Royal Pain, as she had done 18 years ago. This time, Royal Pain was quicker.

Like her husband, she was hit by the beam, but this time she was in midair. The force of the blast knocked her backwards and sent her flying through the air. Unfortunately, Royal Pain didn’t get the satisfaction to see much of the process of her ungrowth, as by the time she was about to hit the ground she also was already ‘naught but a babe’.

Luckily for Royal Pain and everyone else, Mr. Boy, the commanders former sidekick had caught baby Josie before she hit the ground, her busty get-up made for nice swaddling clothes.

Also convenient for her was the new target produced by Josie’s savior, who she then immediately also reduced to a baby, as he seemed to be making a sort of romantic admission to Josie, who now seemed rather confused by the whole ordeal. All 3 of the people present at her own pacification were all babies, or rapidly becoming one at the present moment.

This is when the panic set it and students started to attempt to flee, but were locked in by her supervillain clique. One by one she picked off the most important faculty of Sky High. Principal Powers was trying to get the teenagers out of there when she was sent down into no-memory lane. Coach Boomer was similarly trying to lead an evacuation when he was hit. Mr Medulla, the giant brained tech teacher, was returning from shutting off his jetpack. From there it turned into a nursery school.

What began as one loud wail from the Commander, became two from the added voice of his wife, and then eventually the chorus of mixed wails from babies and those who were yet to become babies. The whole process took around 15 minutes and the pitch of the wails increasing from a panicked crowd to the shrieking falsetto of a daycare.

Her plan was a success, every student and faculty in attendance was now a baby, sitting in a tent of their own tuxedos and dresses. Once there was no one tall enough left to block any lines of sight she did notice that one grate was open in the corner. Someone must have got away. She quickly ordered her clique to go find whoever escaped.

After they were on the hunt, her job turned from supervillany to super-parenting, which if everything went to plan would be the next several years of her life. Stitches began to retrieve the diapers and carriers from their hiding places behind the stage.

Royal Pain holstered the pacifier after verifying that everyone left in the room was a baby, and approached the two main attractions. The commander was laying in the pile his suit designed for a big strong man, while that former man was no longer even strong enough to support himself on his own two legs. As she retrieved him, she saw that there were yellow stains on the pants of his bright white fabric prison. This was expected, the same had happened to her stitches had told her far too often. The bladder shrinks but the liquid has no place to go but out. The Commander seemed to have gone #2 prior to attending the prom tonight, but Royal Pain guessed that not every attendee would be so lucky.

“Oh my dear Commander” she cooed as she rescued the helpless naked baby from his clothing, one hand supporting his tiny head, the other supporting his butt. He was naked as the day he was born, which if you asked anyone else after looking at him, couldn't have been more than a year ago.

“Let’s get you in something a bit more age appropriate, although the re-birth day suit does suit you as well”

His face was bright red and he continued to wail, much like he had been for the duration of the rest of the pacification of the room. The whole room was still wailing as a matter of fact, and this likely wouldn’t be addressed for some time.

She eschewed from using store bought disposable diapers, in favor of making her own. Still disposable, since the waste was part of the appeal to her. These diapers had the Sky High logo printed small across the front and the back, both for the ironic imagery of it, and to have plausible deniability if she was caught during the storage process, saying it was for "Home-Ec". There was also an important spot to write the names of the person the baby had once been, as at this age they don’t look tremendously like they did before, so the yearbook wouldn’t be much help.

She secured the Commander into his new “heroic” uniform, which was just a diaper. She continued to bask in her victory had she really done it? Her arch nemesis could no longer do anything to her, just a pathetic baby who couldn’t even go the bathroom when he wanted anymore, his powers wouldn’t even return until he was in middle school or later. She told stitches not to get a carrier for him, she was carrying him herself. As she 'lovingly' cradled her new baby boy, she surveyed the work she had in front of her, the room of hundreds of babies. She looked down and saw the tiny Commander feebly pushing against her heavily armored chest with his tiny pudgy hands. She couldn't even feel it, it seems like he was really missing his large muscles which were turned entirely back into baby fat.

She laid her new charge down on the stage, and continued her much needed work getting the babies all ready. Josie was next, the bitch who had foiled her plans last time was now trying to suck her thumb as she cried, if she was still in there she was certainly mourning the loss of her adulthood pretty hard. Similar to the Commander she left a yellow stain, but she also left a much nastier brown one that Royal quickly ordered stitches to deal with. This little girl seemed to need a diaper badly if that was any indication. She cleaned her up and put her in the Royal Pain branded diaper, and then set her down to move onto the next baby. She had to pick up the pace, otherwise she would be here all night.

She went through and dutifully diapered every one, and when stitches was done getting out the supplies he began collecting the beautiful super heroine prom dresses with various amounts of embarrassing stains, as well as the tuxedos. These would go into her personal collection, as a trophy of the night she became the most powerful villain of all time.

Mr Medulla had still retain his large brain Royal Pain was surprised to see. He could talk and protest in a much similar fashion to when he was a grown man. This made it awkward to secure his diaper, but at least he could give much better feedback than the other babies.

“Your brain is a curse, you won’t be getting any stimulating conversation from any of your peers for a long time.” Royal Pain told the baby with the huge head.

“Well, in terms of intelligence they’re not much dumber than they were before.” He came back with. For all his intelligence that he retained, his body seemed to miss the memo, still not being able to hold it in no matter how smart he was.

Once they were all diapered, they were ready to be put into carriers for their transport to their new forever home. Since baby Steve was staying with her the first one was actually Josie, #2 in more ways than one. She had trouble securing the restraint around the baby girl, who was struggling with all of her tremendously reduced might, but the nylon straps eventually won and the once beautiful and strong Jetstream was locked into her infant carseat.

Her and stitches powered their way through the rest of the new arrivals into their tiny prisons, and the job was done. In just around an hour a room full of the most powerful people on earth were fully prepped for their new beginning. Some of them already needed changes she could see from the indicators she had put on the diapers, but they were already labeled, so that would have to wait until they were safely in their nursery.

Stitches had commandeered a flying bus, and began the process of loading the children into seats. At this point some had started to run out of energy to cry and seemed either resigned to their fate or not even knowing what was happening anyway.

She had wrapped the commander in her cape. He looked like any other baby would have, no one would question her new son, as she gave him a tour around the very school that he had attended. The hallways where he was once the king, he was now swaddled, himself conquered by someone he had long thought he defeated. He didn’t seem to be thinking much now, Royal Pain thought. The man on billboards, honored as America’s strongest hero, was now diaper clad, certainly gone for good.

During her victory walk with her baby, she heard scuffling down the hall. Her people had found the few escapees, and they would soon be with her, diapered, and strapped in. Assuming they had it well in hand, she went out to see how Stitches was doing loading the babies.

As she inspected the scene, her pride only grew. She continued carrying him, found his baby wife strapped into bus seat next to his former sidekick, Mr. Boy. The sidekick no longer was the crying mess he was, grasping his stubby arms out toward what remained of Jetstream, and it seemed like she was crying harder than she ever did in the process of getting to this point.

She strolled through the dark night, switching between admiring the stars and her victory in her cape. She swelled with so much pride, that she felt it was time to begin her monologue to the Commander.

“I take you back, my dear Commander, to your senior year at Sky High, a time before anyone knew what a Technopath was. So a brilliant but misunderstood girl named Sue Tenny was written off as a science geek and stuck in Sidekick class. She hatched a plan, so daring, so visionary, to start her very own Supervillain Academy and raise a generation of heroes from scratch as villains. But first she had to destroy the very institution that dared to spurn her genius! And now, so many years later, that plan is complete. My only regret: That this may be the finest supervillain speech ever given, and you don't even know what I'm saying.”

“But I do” she heard from the top of the stairs. She looked up, it was Will Stronghold. The baby in her arms smiled.

He continued, “Look. I'm sorry that my parents destroyed your mom. Now put my dad down.” He stated with extreme authority. Or at least as much authority as he could muster.

Realizing she had another battle to fight, she handed the smug and confident baby over to stitches.

“No one could defeat Royal Pain. When the Pacifier exploded, I wasn't destroyed. I was merely turned into a baby. Stitches took me away and raised me as his daughter.”

“Daddy’s little girl!” Stitches mocked.

Her rage boiling over “I told you never to call me that!” She screamed.

“That’s right Royal Pain isn’t my mother, Royal Pain is me!”

“Oh my god, I made out with an old lady.” Will said shocked.
