A Halloween special story: Oliver thinks trick-or-treating is a waste of an evening. The kids can buy candy, a party is waiting for him, and the sign on the bowl is hardly a rule worth following. But by the time he wants to put the sweets back, he needs his hand held crossing the street and nobody else seems to think it all that odd.
