The story is about Vanessa von Hohenstein, a noblewoman which secretly likes to wear diapers. She must be cautious in order to avoid unlocking certain classes with her secret hobby. At her side is her loyal maid Evelyn, which encourages her infantile behavior. Everything changes when Vanessa tries out an enchanted diaper for the first time.
