"Lavatory" is my first gratis contribution to the ARchive in many months. I have decided to resume providing free work to the community on occasion to appeal to readers who haven’t the means or desire to purchase my premium content.
However, I’m still hoping for something to show for it.
Last year I published a free newsletter for the AR community that gathered up information, interviews, stories, critiques, articles, and various other substance. Resultant from the 30 hours of work I put into it: 2 reviews and no e-mails. Which is why there was never a second issue.
If at least 8 reviews/responses/feedback (positive, negative, or neutral) from at least 8 different readers are left, I will return in May with another free story. If 4, 5, 6, or 7 pieces of feedback are left from as many unique readers, I will bring another free story to the ARchive in June.
Any less and it’ll be obvious that free content doesn’t spark a flame the way premium content does.
