A scene that should be real - Head Regrowth/Head or Body AP

I recently watched the scene from The Boys tv show where Victoria Neuman's daughter Zoe rips off Kimiko's lower arm and she regrows it. It becomes a baby's arm and slowly grows back. But where's a scene like someone's head getting blown off or cut off and they have to regrow it? It forms into a newborn's head and slowly grows/AP's back to an adult head. You could even do it where the upper body gets blown up and has to regrow as a newborn's upper body. I guess a future Deadpool movie could do this.
