Finding a certain story on here but can't remember name.

Anybody know the story where you have a college student who joins in on his professors' experiment that causes him to slowly regress so he runs to a lawyer for help who doesn't believe him? Also has that lawyers' son going into the professors' backyard building and essentially stealing a gun like device that did both regression and progression, which became a used by his young sister. The story has the lawyer taking back the college student with her in baby form and ends up coming home to an adult daughter and maybe 1-2 year old son who ends up becoming even younger. Ends with some sort of explosion because the professor was, for whatever reason affected by slow regression and couldn't remember how to turn off a device in his backyard building. I can't remember the name of who did it but, if I find it, I'll leave a reply with what it is called.
