Jim was a typical 16 years old high school student. Jim loved his preteen sister Alice very much and always played with her. Jim’s mom thought he was good baby sitter.

This was the last holidays before he will go to university. He just used all the time to play with his sister.

He saw his sister grew from infant to a preteen sister. It just liked a few days ago. But, Jim will soon attend university such that he will leave his sister.

This was last month he could play with his sister. He missed the time so much.

He loved his sister so much that he wanted to stay with her.

One afternoon, Jim played with his sister.

“Jim, you are a good brother.” Alice said.

“I don’t want to leave you too.” Jim said.

“Let’s play some dress up and let’s just pretend we are sisters.”

Jim was very reluctant to pretend her sister and wear dresses. Then, he stared at Alice pacifier. He thought that sucking on the pacifier was less feminine than wearing dress.

So, he just put the pacifier and suddenly felt relaxed about the pacifier. He played with his sister a whole day and didn’t recognize he sucked it for a whole day. They became very tired and slept together in the bed.

When his mom woke them up, he is still sucking the pacifier in his month. His mom just giggled with him.

“Jim, I am glad that you played so closely with your sister.” Jim’s mother said.

Jim just pulled off the pacifier, placed it in his pocket and got his face red.

“I just forgot to put it down after the dress up game.” Jim said.

When Jim went to sleep, he felt hard to sleep. Then, he found that the pacifier was in his pocket. He toke it out and sucked it. It felt so peaceful and clam.

Jim used his pacifier for a whole week.

Then, one week passed. Jim was 3 weeks to go to university.

In another day, he played with his sister again.

“Let’s play dress up again.”

Jim had put on the pacifier and played with her sister.

When his mom came to the room and took the tea set to them, Jim’s mother made 2 bottles of milk to them.

“Hey girls, let’s take the tea set.” Jim’s mother said.

“Why my one is in bottle too, mom?”Jim said.

“Ohh, I am sorry, Jim. I just put your milk in the bottle. Please wait me to pour them out.”

“Jim. Just drink from it, and make it as a part of dress up.”

Jim was reluctantly slept on the back and drank the milk from bottle.

After he drank the milk, he slept again with his sister in their room.

It felt normal for him to drink in this way.

After that time, his mother had prepared milk in bottles for him several times in dinner and breakfast.

Another week passed, Jim was 2 weeks to go to leave. He had more bonding with his sister.

They played dress up again this afternoon.

His mother came to the room with a potty. His mother said, “Jim. Show your sister how to use the potty training. She needs to get her training.”

After they drank the milk, Jim felt he had an urge to go to toilet. But, his mother just asked him to use the potty in front of his sister.

Jim was bit dizzy and didn’t reject the idea. He was brought to the potty and acted as a sample. Despite the relative big size of Jim, he can still fit in it.

In the following week, Jim used the potty as much as his sister just liked they are both toddlers.

Another week passed, Jim was 1 weeks to go to leave. But, Jim started to doubt that why he will go to university.

7 days to go

They enjoyed the last moment to play together. Jim was reluctant to go to university.

6 days to go

They played games together. When Jim used the potty, he didn’t manage to piss a bit. When they played together, Jim had an accident just liked his sister.

Jim cried and felt shameful that a 16 years old boy wet himself.

His mother just brought him to the bathroom and washed him. He felt so little when his mother washed him. His mother toweled him and hugged him. It felt so close with his mother.

5 days to go

This is another long day for Jim too. First, he woke up with a wet bed. Second, he can’t read newspaper and books anymore. Yet, he had an accident again.

4 days to go

The accidents just drained away all Jim’s confidence.

When he woke up, his mother came to his room with a pack of pull-ups.

“Jim, Come over.” His mom said.

“Yes. What are they?” Jim said.

They are a pink training pants with a thinkerbell cartoon.

“They are training pants. It will keep you dry during day and night.” His mom said.

Jim wore that and he thought he was just like his sister. Despite the large size of him, the training pants is a bit tight only. He can still fit in.

3 days to go

“Mom, where are my things?” Jim asked.

“ I was supposed to go to university few days later.”

“Sweeties, you are a 3 years olds only just like your twin sister. You will go to university at least 10 years later.”

“I am….am a 3 years olds?”

“Yes, you are.”

“I am 3 years old.”

Jim looked at the mirror. He was the same height as his sister.

2 days to go

Jim cried again because he couldn’t keep training pants dry a day. Meanwhile his sister got move to training pants already. He was really frustrated.

“Mom, I don’t want that. I don’t want to wear diaper.”

“You knew the rules. 3 wet days. You will get a diaper day until you keep dry again. You and Alice will wear diaper today.”

Jim started to cry.

1 day to go

When Jim woke up, he felt much different. He got used to be changed by his mother.

He was wet this morning. When his mom came, he sucked his pacifier and wait for his change.

“Jenny, you are wet today. Another diaper day, too.”

“I am Jim not Jewwy.”

“You are Jenny. How come you use a boy name?”

When his mother pull off his diaper, he found that his penis gone and replace with a little girls slit.

After her change, Jenny found that her hair is much longer, her hands are slender.

Jenny was lost in the first moment. Then she thought back that he hoped he can have more time to with her sister. He was changed into a toddler girl. She accepted everything by heart and said yes to his change. Her mind became a toddler girl.

Epilogue

Alice was now the elder sister while Jenny enjoyed the toddler time a lot. Being one year younger than Alice, Jenny used all her sister hand her downs. Half year later, Alice was in big girl underwear while Jenny needed 2 more months to do so. Sometimes, Jenny flashed back her old life as college student. Now, it seems much happier.
