Mega Man 9 - The Baby Blaster

Splash Woman waited behind the last defense door. The last sector that had not been blown to bits by the Blue Bomber, and the last door that remained in tact. The beautiful robotic mermaid knew that the door wouldn’t hold for long, as soon as Mega Man opened the door, she would have to summon her army of fish using her beautiful signing voice, and if all else failed, she would just shoot her laser trident at the annoying piece of rust.

“Oh yeah, she thought. This guy will be a total pushover. No problem.”

Splash woman swam to other side of the room, her long blue tail and fish like body made living underwater no problem. Sitting down on her favorite rock, she took her helmet of and ran her gloved fingers through her short aqua blue hair. She started to sing a song of the sea, causing all kinds of fish to appear. Deciding that she had time before Mega Man would rudely burst through the door, Splash Woman started swimming around the room along with her fishy friends.

About a minute later, the door to the fail safe chambers blew open, and as expected, Mega Man walked calmly through the rubble and debris. He didn’t have his helmet and he looked beaten about. His face and metal body covered in oil.

“So, you finally arrived!” Splash Woman declared sarcastically. “I can’t wait to see how you’ll beat me. I mean, just by your appearance, you look like you’re already to give up!”

The Blue Bomber gave a evil grin and replied: “I never give up splash woman. As a matter of fact I pretty sure I’ve got this battle in the bag, so if you’ll just give me your trident.; I will leave without doing anything unreasonable.”

Splash Woman recoiled in anger, just the thought alone of giving up her Laser Trident to the likes of him was infuriating. Her face reviled her anger, but quickly collected herself and retorted:

“Why should I give my weapon to you? I mean, I’m not stupid Mega Man, if I give my Trident up, you would immediately use it against me.”

Mega Man smirked and responded: “Splash Woman, I’ll get it either way, easily or not. I’m on a tight deadline here, I still have to defeat Galaxy and Jewel Man. So if you could just hurry this along and give me the Laser Trident I’ll be on my way....”

With that statement, the Mermaid lost her cool. She screamed: “Fuck you punk! You try getting caught in a fishing net, and then thrown in a trash compactor, only to be saved by a creepy old scientist would wants to rule the world!

Splash Woman started tearing up and continued:

“I don’t live in this box for fun! I just have to kill you, and I’ll be free again! Free to swim in the ocean! Free to... What so funny?!”

Mega Man chuckled softly, and responded: “Don’t you think you’re over reacting? Maybe just a little bit?”

With that, splash woman screamed bloody blue murder and rushed. Swimming as fast as she could to the other half of the room. She wanted to kill him! He had to die!

At this point, most of the oil had washed off Mega Man’s Body, reviling light pink and baby blue armor. As fast as he could, Mega Man raised his new weapon, “The Baby Blaster” and fired once as fast s he could at the oncoming angry mermaid.

“AHHHhhhhh!” Splash Woman screamed as she was hit by the baby blaster, stopping in her tracks. Her body had been engulfed in a bright pink light that had started to transform her.

A strange warm tingling sensation flooded throughout Splash Woman’s aquatic body. She didn’t know it, but she was slowly regressing back into infancy. Her body had started to lose its adult features. Her breasts slowly shrunk back into her chest, leaving a flat chested pre-teen mermaid behind in the strange light. But the transformation wasn’t over. Splash Woman’s arms went next. Her long gloved fingers shrinking into pudgy baby hands. After that, her tail had shrunk and regressed as well. Reduced to nothing but a tiny fish fin. Her face was next, her head had regressed along with her tail and her once beautiful face was now covered in baby fat. The short blue hair on her head had become tiny tuffs of aqua. Finally, her blue bra and white arm gloves had been replaced by a baby blue diaper. Leaving “Splash Woman” as cute little 6 month old “Splash Baby”.

Mega Man paused and looked down at the tiny diapered baby mermaid. Splash Woman’s trident sat on the ground beside the baby. His mission was to collect the laser trident from her. But it wasn’t right just leaving her her...

“Eh.” Mega Man shrugged. “I don’t think Dr. Light would mind if I brought home a robot in need.”

The Blue Bomber grabbed her weapon, replacing his baby blaster, and picked up the tiny sleeping Splash Baby. Holding her in his arms, “Sleep softly, little angel. ”With that, Mega Man and his new friend were teleported out of the destroyed base back to Dr. Light’s Lab.
