She was only trying to avoid a cat fight between Victoria and Taylor, but now Max finds herself with a whole lot more than she bargained for...

Chapter 1
Complete Story

Max Caulfield gasped as she sat up in bed. The sweat was pumping out of her as she checked her surroundings. She glanced to her side. Her girlfriend Chloe was still fast asleep, seemingly dead to the world. Max sighed as she clutched her hair. Yet another nightmare. The storm had sort of…  disappeared? She wasn't really sure what caused it in her dreams, but once Jefferson was caught, it just didn't appear. She went on the promised trip with the principal and all was well.

She glanced at her phone. Ther alarm would go off in 10 minutes. Not that she'd get much rest anyway. The storm might have been prevented, but her nightmares about the incidents hadn't gone with it. Chloe had of course tried to help, but the nightmares came regardless.

And the worst part about them was how vivid they'd be. They were more like memories. Whether it was her memory of Chloe being shot for the umpteenth time, or a nightmare of her hurting herself in various ways, she could always recall it. With excruciating detail. She carefully got out of bed, turning off her alarm so Chloe didn’t wake up too. Yet another day of school work awaited her, nightmares be damned.

She got dressed and made her way downstairs where Joyce was already making breakfast. “Morning Max” she said, not even bothering to turn around. David had been gone the last few mornings, something with the security at Blackwell he needed to do early in the morning, and Chloe getting up early wasn’t happening for no reason, so that just left 1 option.

“Morning” Max grumbled. If there was anything she was thankful for, it was Joyce offering to make her breakfast before catching the bus back to Blackwell. She smirked, remembering what else had happened that day. Chloe had told Joyce she was gay, and David handed Joyce a crisp $50 note. They’d both known she was gay, they were just betting on when she’d actually just tell them.

Chloe hadn’t gotten as mad as she’d expected. Maybe it was the casual acceptance that they didn’t even bother betting if she liked girls. On the bright side, David and Chloe’s relationship had only gotten better from there. Joyce brought her out of her thoughts when she placed a plate of eggs and bacon in front of her. “Had a rough night?” Joyce asked.

Max nodded and started eating, eager to forget her nightly troubles until the next morning. “Well if you can’t see a therapist, I still say you should try finding an outlet” Joyce said, grabbing a plate of her own.

They’d talked about this before. Max was of course a student, so was far too poor to afford therapy. “I’ll try” she said. She HAD tried. Playing some relaxing music, both on her guitar and iPhone before bed. Letting Chloe envelop her in a bearhug to make her feel ‘protected’ in her sleep. She’d even tried a few over the counter pills that claimed to help with restless nights. None worked.

It was basically PTSD… just the events only happened for her mostly and not the rest of the world. They made small talk over breakfast, Joyce not really pushing the issue further. Max grabbed her bag. “Thanks for the breakfast Joyce” she said, walking out to catch her bus. The same boring bus ride she’d taken for months now. Come to think of it, it was getting close to Christmas. You wouldn’t know it given it was currently 60 degree fahrenheit outside.

“Wonder what I should get Chloe?....” she whispered to herself. She made a note in her calendar to go out and get her something just as the bus pulled up to Blackwell. She opened her bag and cursed. “Crap. Left my notebook at Chloe’s… maybe I’ve a spare in my dorm” she muttered. She still had a bit of time to spare and briskly walked to the girls dorms.

As she got closer, she overheard shouting. It sounded like… Max sighed. Victoria was chewing out Taylor again. She’d definitely improved since September, but she still had a tendency to be a bit of a bitch. And it was something Max did NOT want to deal with.

She held her hand up, intending on just freezing time so she could get past them to her dorm. She felt a tugging sensation in her stomach. “What the fuck?” she whispered. It had been a month since she’d had any negative side effects from using her power.

“Honestly Taylor you’re such a damn clutz!” Victoria yelled, just before time froze. Then something… strange started to happen. Max felt her powers suddenly lash out. She couldn’t really explain it any other way.

She had no control over the rewind as it happened. But it wasn’t the rewind she was expecting. Max was helpless as she watched Victoria’s clothes change before her. Her fashionable, expensive clothing shimmered and vanished. In their place was something she’d more so expect to see on a preteen girl. But even those clothes disappeared.

“Stop! Please!” she yelled. As if her powers heard her, the rewind suddenly stopped. She panted, checking for any nosebleeds. Looking back to Victoria, she gasped and forgot all about her own health. The blonde girl who’d tormented her the first few weeks… she looked more like a girl Max would babysit than the 18 year old she really was.

Time unfroze and Max watched from a distance. “Honestly Taylor I don’t need a change!” Victoria yelled, stomping her foot for emphasis. Max watched, mouth agape as the scene played out completely differently.

“Don’t take that tone with me, little lady” Taylor said, hands on her hips. Victoria was now dressed in a bright yellow t-shirt with a boob window, and a skirtall that any toddler girl would kill for. Max frowned as she watched.

“Change? Why are they acting so differently?” she whispered to herself. Victoria shocked her by sticking her thumb in her mouth and pulling her skirtall up, revealing a bright pink diaper underneath. “No way!” Max gasped.

Taylor slipped a finger into the diaper. “Don’t need a change huh? You are completely soaked Tori!” she said, chastising Victoria. Victoria didn’t look so much embarrassed as she did annoyed. Taylor took her by the hand and dragged her into the dorms.

Max followed along, both for her notebook and also curious to see what would become of this bizarre change. “No you cannot have cookies for lunch. Now get on the changing table” she heard Taylor saying in Victoria’s room as she walked by.

“Did I seriously just do that?” she whispered. She’d completely changed Victoria’s life. By accident of course, but she was still responsible for it. “And… Taylor acted like it was normal” she whispered again. “I need to be careful now”

She couldn’t risk another rewind in case she accidentally made herself like Victoria. “Much rather not go back to potty training” she chuckled. How had Victoria ended up being treated like a young child? Has she even tried potty training? Max quickly grabbed her notebook and power walked out the door. “Shit” she whispered, seeing Victoria’s door open.

“I’m not letting you be late to class again because you chased a butterfly. Again” Taylor said. She was actually carrying Victoria on her hip like a toddler too. Max took a second to admire how easily she seemed to be holding the now immature blonde. “Oh, hey Max. You just get back?” Taylor said, walking alongside Max.

“Uh… yeah. Sorry, had a long night” Max replied. Taylor had been the kindest towards her out of the three of her, Courtney and Victoria. But never this kind. Max had always been the one to strike up a conversation before.

“Hi Maxie!” Victoria said, giggling with her thumb in her mouth. That threw Max for a loop. It sort of made sense. She’d essentially made Victoria an overgrown toddler. But it didn’t make it any easier to hear the girl so happy to see her. She decided to go along with it for now.

“Hmph. Wish I could be that cheerful this early” she said, making Victoria giggle again. Taylor laughed along with her.

“Yeah, wish it was that easy. But then Tori can be such a little grouch when she doesn’t get her mid day nap. Don’t you Tori?” Taylor said, tickling Victoria. Max noticed Taylor was carrying 3 different bags, 2 of which were pastel pink.

“Looks like a full time workout with everything you’re carrying” Max said. “You want me to take anything off you?” she asked out of politeness. She mentally cursed her own politeness, hoping Taylor wouldn’t hand Victoria to her. Her hopes were dashed.

“Oh it’s not that bad, but could you hold Tori for a few minutes? I need to send Courtney a text before class” she said, handing Victoria over to Max. Max braced herself for the weight. She wasn’t exactly the strongest after all. But much to her surprise, Victoria was rather light. Too light for a grown woman.

Victoria wrapped her legs around Max’s waist and giggled. “Maxie! Maxie! Maxie!” she repeated, overjoyed that Max was holding her. Max couldn’t help but smile. It was actually pretty cute seeing her like this. Victoria’s weight was literally no problem for her. If anything, the only problem was how big she was.

Victoria leaned in and did the loud whisper that children tend to do. “Maxie give razzie?” she asked. At first Max was confused. Not only was Victoria’s vocabulary seemingly still getting more immature, but she also had no idea what ‘razzie’ was.

She acted purely on instinct. She turned red as she found herself putting her face into Victoria’s breasts and motorboating her! Victoria laughed and laughed as she did it, so she kept going in spite of her own embarrassment.

“Hehehahaha! Yay! Razzie!” Victoria yelled when Max finally stopped outside their photography class. As humiliating as that felt for her, she had to admit she preferred this version of Victoria. Walking into the class, she saw there were now a few changes to the room as well.

The desk that Victoria usually occupied now had a special chair. It looked far more comfier than any of the other chairs. She strapped her into the special chair and Taylor handed her a notebook covered in stickers, along with a box of crayons. Somehow, Max doubted Victoria was even a photography student anymore.

“Alright, settle down everyone” the temporary teacher, Mr. Kelly said. The school had gone through a few teachers since Jefferson’s arrest. None had signed on permanently, but Blackwell was surprisingly taking much longer to find a permanent replacement.

As Mr. Kelly droned on and on, Max found herself daydreaming. It wasn’t that the guy didn’t know his stuff, but he was nowhere near as charismatic as Jefferson had been and had trouble actually teaching what he knew.

Her gaze drifted to Courtney and Taylor. They were both taking notes while entertaining Victoria. She looked so much happier and carefree now that she was basically treated like a toddler by the whole world. Her gaze drifted to Kate, who had just recently been let out of the hospital. She was still on suicide watch but was making tremendous progress. “Maybe I could help her along with that” Max whispered.

She bit her lip. She couldn’t do that. Victoria had been accidental. But she was much better off for it. Would Max herself become Kate’s babysitter like Taylor had become Victoria’s? She glanced at the clock. Only half way through class. Maybe she could try only giving her certain attributes? Like not have her need to be carried but make her as easily entertained like Victoria now was?

Max sighed. She’d effectively convinced herself to at least try. She held her hand up and time froze. She tried to focus specifically on the idea that Kate was easily amused like a toddler. “Uh oh” she said as Kate’s clothing started to change.

Just like before, she wasn’t able to stop the rewind and was forced to sit there, watching her friend’s attire become more and more immature. Kate went even further back than Victoria. She was sitting in a similar seat now, and also had crayons out. But she was dressed more like a baby with her baby blue onesie and booties. Her legs were covered by what looked like wool leggings, which only added to the new bulk around her waist.

A pacifier appeared in Kate’s mouth and attached to her onesie with a clip as a large blue ribbon grew out of her hair. Her desk moved closer to Max and her bag changed into a diaper bag. Max glanced down at her own to see a second bag had appeared beside her too.

Time unfroze and Max gulped as she watched Kate intently. Kate suddenly smiled and lifted her butt off the chair. As much as her harness would allow her to. Max inwardly groaned as she watched Kate’s onesie sag until it touched her chair. She then promptly sat down on her mess. Kate turned to Max, pacifier bobbing away in her mouth. “Tangies Mama” Kate whispered.

Max gulped again at being called Mama. “We’ll get you changed after class Katie” she whispered back. Kate didn’t mean to call her Mama. Surely not. Victoria didn’t call Taylor Mommy. Maybe Kate just couldn’t say x’s. Kate went back to her colouring, swinging her legs back and forth and letting out a quiet giggle every few minutes.

The class bell finally rang after an agonising wait. It meant Max had a free period. Or at least it usually did. She helped Kate out of her special chair, the mnetally regressed girl actually pulling herself onto Max like a young monkey. She wrapped her legs around Max’s waist and hugged her.

Kate clearly seemed much more shy than Victoria, just by this act alone. Surprisingly, Max found it rather easy to carry everything, even with Kate on her. Max glanced at her timetable and smiled. It seemed she’d actually changed her schedule too, now having 2 free periods instead. Taylor brought her out of her daydream.

“So, you want to grab a bite in the Two Whales?” Taylor said, Victoria on her hips. Max shrugged.

“I’m not really that hungry, but I could tag along” she said. It felt strange. Taylor and her now seemed to be friends. She had no clue what her relationship to Courtney was, having not said a word to her yet. On the bright side, Taylor had a car. So no bus trip required!

As the group walked out to the parking lot, Max noticed one car had 2 MASSIVE baby seats in the back. And something told her it was her that’d be in between them. Courtney opened the door for her and she got Kate strapped in quickly. And indeed, Courtney hopped in the front passenger side, leaving Max to climb in between the 2 car seats.

It wasn’t quite as crowded as she expected, but that hardly meant she had a lot of room to work with. Victoria giggled as she chewed on a teething ring and on her other side, Kate was sucking her pacifier as she hugged her teddy bear. The smell of poop reminded Max that she had a diaper to change now.

Oddly enough though, the smell didn’t bother her too much. Nor did Courtney or Taylor seem to notice it. When they pulled up to the Two Whales, Max saw Chloe standing outside with a cigarette. “This oughta be good” she whispered. Maybe in this timeline Chloe and Victoria would get along.

Then Max herself froze as she waited for Taylor to get Victoria out. SHE DIDN’T KNOW HOW TO CHANGE THEM BACK! Were they both stuck like this now?! She gulped as she got out and went to get Kate out. “What kept you guys?” she heard Chloe asking. “Mom’s got your food ready”

Max pulled Kate out and turned around, nearly bumping into Chloe. “Careful Super Max. We wouldn’t want to get a boo boo now, would we?” Chloe said, cooing at Kate. Apparently razzie’s were a common thing to do to Kate and Victoria, as Chloe started giving Kate one. She spat her pacifier out from laughter and Max felt a tad jealous that her girlfriend was doing it to someone else.

“Let’s get you some num nums” Chloe said to Kate, giving her a peck on the cheek. For a moment, Max wondered if she actually had made herself Kate’s ‘Mama’ earlier. But she held her breath, not wanting to think about that eventuality.

Walking into the Two Whales, she could see Taylor was helping Victoria into a highchair large enough to fit her. Max could see she already had a plate with chicken nuggets, fries, and a mountain of ketchup in front of her. “Gimme gimme!” Victoria said, reaching for it.

“Easy Tori. I still need to make sure you don’t fall out” Taylor said, trying to lock the highchair tray as Courtney tied a bib around Victoria’s neck. Chloe did the same with Kate as Max sat down. “Now. Nuggies and fries made special for you” Taylor put the plate on the highchair tray.

Victoria snatched a nugget and scooped ketchup with it. Max held back a gag. She knew it was pretty normal for kids, she herself had eaten that much ketchup many times. But now it just looked gross. Speaking of gross, she hadn’t changed Kate yet…

“So, how was this new replacement?” Chloe asked. Taylor and Courtney went off on the boring lectures and terrible teaching the man did. They spoke to her as if they’d been friends for years and not constantly butting heads. Chloe chuckled. “Glad I’m not there anymore” she said, cutting up her waffles.

Max barely picked at her pancakes, still full from eating barely 2 hours ago. A loud fart broke the conversation, and they all turned to look at Victoria who was giggling to herself. “Oh Tori! Not at the table” Taylor scalded the blonde. Victoria had ketchup all over her face and bib, and was only half way through her meal.

“I guess that’s 2 poopy diapers now” Max said with a bite from her pancakes. Chloe faked a look of being mortified and gasped.

“You don’t mean to tell me this little angel is a messy girl too?!” she said, making Kate giggle as Chloe tickled her. Max snorted and nodded. “Well we’ll have to fix that after her nuggies are all gone”

Of all the things that surprised Max today, it was how maternal Chloe seemed to be acting towards Kate. It was almost like she… Max pushed those thoughts from her mind. She could do without being a Mommy at her age. Once both regressed girls cleaned their plates, Courtney and Taylor stood up. “We can change them both this time” Courtney said, picking Kate out of her highchair.

They carried the girls off to the bathroom and Max sighed. “Chloe… this is wrong” she muttered. At Chloe’s look of confusion, Max explained the mornings events to her. “I don’t know how, or why, or even how to fix it.... Should’ve thought of that before I dragged Kate into it” she muttered.

“Whoa… you’ve definitely gotten better with your powers anyway” Chloe muttered. The girls would all be out soon. Not much more time to discuss things. “Tell you what, at the playground we’ll see if you can train yourself with this. Just not on humans” she said. Before Max could ask her what playground she was talking about, Courtney and Taylor carried Victoria and Kate out of the bathroom.

“So, ready to go to the playground? We still got an hour before we’ve to get back to Blackwell for Science class” Courtney said, helping with the bags as she carried Kate. Max grabbed most of the bags and carried them to Chloe’s truck.

“How you’re able to fit between those giant seats I’ll never know” Chloe said, making Taylor and Courtney giggle.

“Your gf is very smol” Taylor teased. Max blushed but couldn’t hold back a smile. That was a way she’d describe herself. Smol. She hopped in Chloe’s truck and they followed Taylor’s car to the playground. It was exactly as she remembered it as a child. If a little more worn down.

“How exactly am I going to train myself to use this power?” Max muttered as she got out. Chloe shrugged.

“You’re the one that uses it dude. Maybe try it on some of the swings? They’re pretty old” she said. While Kate and Victoria were left to play in a sandbox where the 4 of them could see the 2, Max and Chloe sat on a bench out of earshot of Courtney and Taylor. “You’re gonna have to tell me if something changes” Chloe said, staring at the rusting swing set.

Max sighed and raised her hand towards it. Everything around her froze. She watched as the swing started to shed its rust. Then the swing seat started to grow. Max groaned as time started again, leaving her staring at a giant baby swing. “What?” Chloe asked, unable to see the change.

“I mean… it sort of worked? I made the swing newer but it’s a giant baby swing now” she said. Chloe hummed and hawwed for a few seconds.

“Uh… why not try something that can’t be less mature like that… maybe the tree stump?” she said, pointing to a stump just beyond the playground fence. Max sighed and tried again. Sure enough, where once the stump had sat was now an oak tree!

“Okay, that one worked… Now I just have to figure out how to fix it” she said. Suddenly, time froze without her using her powers again. “No no no!” she screamed, though nobody could hear her.

Max honestly felt like crying as she watched Chloe, Taylor, and Courtney all change. She tried to grab hold of the power. Time stopped rewinding. “Fuck! Fuck fuck fuck!” she screamed. Inspecting the damage she’d just done, Max buried her face in her hands.

Chloe was sitting beside her in a similar getup to Victoria, wearing a Sesame Street romper and t-shirt with light up velcro sneakers. Unlike Victoria, she had a pacifier in her mouth and was also hugging a teddy bear like Kate. Courtney and Taylor seemed to get off the lightest.

Taylor was wearing a Hello Kitty t-shirt, and a pair of pink jeans with flower decals on them. Max could still clearly make out the bulge of a diaper under them, but otherwise Taylor was dressed like the average 6 year old. Courtney was only slightly worse off, wearing a Dora the Explorer jacket and matching jeans like Taylor’s. She was probably closer to 4 than 6 though.

Max took a deep breath. She glanced over to where they had parked, and in place of the truck and car was a minivan. She frowned and pulled out her wallet. “Guess I can drive now” she muttered, staring at her new licence. “... hold up” she whispered to herself.

“How the fuck am I gonna take care of 5 women?” she muttered. She’d done pretty well by acting on instinct alone so far, but this was a whole different ball game. Time started to flow again and Max groaned. She was stuck with 5 women acting like toddlers.

“Did it wowk Mommy?” Chloe whispered. Max wanted to groan again as Chloe leaned into her, trying to remember what she’d asked Max to change.

“Uh… no sweetie” she said. Chloe’s pout was like a guilt trip. She might as well have broken a pinky promise to a child. “Don’t worry. Mommy will figure it out” she said. She bit her tongue, realising she and Chloe had both referred to herself as Chloe’s Mommy.

“I am so not ready for this” she whispered so Chloe didn’t hear. She looked over to see Courtney helping Kate into the baby swing. She seemed to struggle to lift her this time, just like a young child would actually struggle to lift a baby. “Let’s go play with your sisters” she said, picking Chloe up.

She cringed at her own words. “Courtney, be careful” she said, watching the black haired girl nearly stumble with Kate.

“Sowwy Mommy” Courtney lisped, finally getting Kate into the swing and started pushing her.

“Mommy, look! Vickie’s makin’ a sand castle all by herself” Taylor giggled, squatting beside Victoria. Taylor put her thumb in her mouth giggled as she watched Victoria clumsily pile sand into a bucket. Her diaper had ridden up a lot and stuck a good 3 inches past her jeans. Max sniffed, suddenly smelling poop.

“Alright, which one of you is a poopy little girl?” she asked. Taylor giggled and pointed to Chloe. But Max’s hand had been under Chloe’s butt the whole time. “Are you sure?” she asked.

Taylor giggled again. “I don’t wanna change Mommy” she said. Max sighed and looked over to Kate and Courtney. 5 women acting like babies, all calling her Mommy. On top of school. Maybe Joyce could help her with taking care of them...
